A couple things to note about the moebius battle track. It has multiple different sections depending on what's happening in the battle. Many of the different versions that were in the game weren't even heard in the ost version (unless they appear later in the ost). The song even has multiple different possible endings depending on the battle. Also a really fun detail that most people don't notice is that when you listen to the choir in the song, sometimes it sounds like it's moving from one side to the other. In those situations if you trace the path of the sound of the choir, you make an infinity symbol or in this case a "moebius strip", which is the symbol of the moebius in this game. Creating a symbol using sound is something I've never heard before in music. It's such a unique technique and I love it. Major props to the choir "barzz" for performing in the moebius battle theme. It sounds like it would've been incredibly difficult to perform during the recording. Also a little fun fact. According to one of the composers on twitter, the drum player broke one of their sticks during the recording of this song, which is pretty funny.
I was wearing headphones when I first heard that song. The sound design really sells the "moebius strip" choir. This song is absolutely bonkers and I freaking love it!

In Spain we go Do - Re - Mi - Fa - Sol - La - Si. I am gonna read if it's the same as A - B - C - D - E -F - G. I don't understand anything about numbering those letters XD, seems like learning music in other languages requires you to actually know what you are hearing. I have "no ear". Like, at all.
As @wikans_9226 basically pointed out, the sequence some of you learned in Spain and Italy matches the letters for the notes if you start from C instead of A. The Do - Re - Mi sequence is usually taught for singing, something about spelling them out like that making it easier to remember/hit the intervals between the notes. It is taught in most places that are influenced by the classical musical tradition, but not usually outside of vocal training. However, there is a fun difference between german notes and the rest, which inadvertently confused a lot of people trying to learn it in my home country of Norway. At some point somebody confused the B (b) with an H (h) and it stuck, so here we go A - H - C - D - E - F - G, and pretty much everyone knows about it and hates it. The only positive to come out of it is that what the rest of the world calls B flat, we just call B, because the notation used to show a flat note also looks like b, and if you go bH you only really hear the b with how we pronounce them. At least something ok-ish came out of that ancient mistake - until we suddenly need to figure out which "B" someone is talking about, which is a very common problem here. Learning music actually does not require anyone to "know what they are hearing" provided they can replicate the sound(s). Once you remember the intervals that Do - Re - Mi etc. are meant to help you remember, they are modular, and apply exactly the same to any major scale, whereas starting from La applies exactly the same to any minor scale. That covers most music once you can recognize the "root" or tonal centre of a song, and *that* is probably the first single note you think of humming to any tune except the melody. Probably. The root usually feels right when you find it.
This video really pisses me off. I found this very disrespectful to the music that you were supposed to be reacting to and explaining. Maybe this is just his style to play over the music supposedly the first time he's hearing it but if I can't hear it because your amp is somewhere between 8 and 10 then how can you hear the music? Your videos for the Xenoblade 2 soundtrack were much more respectful to the material that you were reacting to and I appreciated your knowledge in how the music you were listening to was structured. This on the other hand I found to be you trying to market how good of a guitar player you are rather than what the video title says the video is about. Really disappointed here. EDIT: He became much better after about a half hour. It became much more clear that he was just trying to find what key the note was or what notes were being played with his guitar which I am perfectly fine with. Maybe lower the amp some.

@@PyraJordthen came the DLC and its area themes
Had a few errors. My first stream standing in a while so the muscle memory wasn’t there for the volume pedal.
@@MusicTheoryforGamers No worries. Like I said it got better as the stream went on. I wrote this less than a half hour in so I edited it to say as much. Didn't delete any of the original comment because I thought it would be better to show where I was coming from vs where I got to.
