Tonality when you are speaking to a prospective client is the key. I have the scripts and when i come off as nervous or over eager or scripty I never get the appointment. Its a confident mindset, relaxed delivery that works best. Just need to replicate that every day every call. appreciate your videos very much
I am not a realitor. I am a network marketer. The principles taught in this video apply to all areas of sales. I have learned a whole bunch of new strategies. I will be implementing these strategies. Thank you for this training.
I like it! .. It's like asking a friend their thoughts surrounding a decision they're contemplating . Followed by a verbal expression.. You're their to help them work through the problem. The message... "I'm here for you" GOOD STUFF BRANDON!
I've gone through 10+ scripts before coming to yours. I had RS expired script before this and I'll definitely be using this and adding this to my daily prospecting. So smooth and strong.
Brandon, you should take vacation more often! This is pure gold! I love that it's just presenting reason to a prospect in a way that is impossible to disagree with. I plan on implementing this immediately and practicing this framework as I do my roleplays. I would love to hear your tonality when you initiate the conversation on a call. Especially when one of the first questions they typically ask is "do you have a buyer?"
This is very pre suasion/ straigh line method in a way, leading the conversation in a way that eliminates objections whilst having the other person feel they are in control of the conversation. Incredible
As someone who has always avoided cold calling, I’m actually looking forward to trying this out, which is a testament to how powerful this is. Shifting the mindset of the agent is essential, even before getting to shifting the mindset of the prospect!
The 'because heuristic '. My son and I were laughing about this again the other day. As when someone asks us to do or not do something, it often sounds more like they're 'telling', not 'asking', which then makes us much more likely to do the opposite just to show We are the one in control. I would never have viewed this as something I could use in my business conversations before watching this video. Great content! You have a new subscriber now 😊
I’m 17 at the moment. But when I turn 18 I’ll get my Florida real estate license. I live in Massachusetts but I want to move to Florida boca raton to be a real estate agent. I graduate when I turn 19 so I got lots of time to save up. You will definitely be my coach. My goal is reach 500k per year by 23. My girlfriend wants to be a dermatologist and I want to support her also.
Terrific framework, Brandon. You've got me thinking of all the variations to make this a tool I can use. This framework practically gets the prospect to close themselves. And if they do say no, then they're probably not a fit anyway. Great stuff!
Hey Brandon! I just came across your videos and they are amazing! I love how you really have examined these issues from a scientific aspect. I can’t wait to watch more!!
Biggest takeaway... 🤩 sheesh. The whole thing. I love psychology backed lessons. I think by giving prospects the feeling of control and making it virtually impossible for them to disagree will help invite them to actually tell the truth on whether or not they're inviting us over or whether or not they want to work with us instead of ghosting us or lashing out. This will help save so much time for everyone involved.
My biggest takeaway is using “because” more often. I will be implementing that strategy at my other sales job. My goal this year is to get better at finding homeowners who may want to sell soon and this script will help me a ton. I just need to figure out how to find them and make the connection. Licensed for 5 years and can’t seem to get any clients that I don’t already know.
Great content, Brandon! This is a powerful framework. I love how you’ve built it from proven studies on human nature. I read Persuasion years ago and never slowed down enough to think about how I could integrate “because” into my prospecting conversations. You’ve done it masterfully. Two big takeaways for me: the overall framework you provided, and one I didn’t expect at all-how important it is to often consume less and ponder more on what has already been consumed.
Excellent video! My biggest take is the wording (getting a yes without having to hear a yes) it's a no brainer for the prospect. Also the tone and delivery isn't salesy . Great approach.
Brandon, you are a treasure and I try to not tell anyone about you just to keep learning from you, I’m not in a state where I can share knowledge with people because I need it to excel over everyone, Am I wrong??? I would be thankful for your opinion
Brandon, you got me thinking entirely different in real estate. There is always a no but, that no is a yes! thank you again and again Great advice for the newbies.
I am brand new to the real estate industry, and I was doing horrible sale pitch cold calling. I feel like this amazing way of getting out of that sales type phone call that people hate. I really appreciate you putting this out there I going to apply this to my calls now.
I have to say this is one of the best videos you put out there as free value content, I feel more confidant asking the question when I know how it's structured. What should I do beside reading your book, which I'm doing at the moment, to be able to master asking these type of questions?
My biggest takeaway is that my instincts were correct and nearly everything I thought I needed to learn is wrong. 🤦♂ Very much appreciate this lesson and your content in general!
Great insights! The "if-then, no-orientation, because" structure is a game-changer for setting more appointments. Thanks for sharing this powerful technique, Brandon!
Brandon, this was such a good video! I feel inspired to get some listings and make some real estate magic happen brother. Thank you for this video. Quality content!!
My biggest takeaway was the element of a framework that were highlighted in different colors. Understanding the parts helps me to understand the whole.
Great video my biggest takeaway is to use No- oriented questions, it feels uncomfortable to me to get a No, but i will try it, because what i do is not working..
Dude, you are a rockstar. Excellent content, thank you. If I continue to watch your videos and comment, would you be opposed to putting the lake view as a back drop? Don’t forget the sunscreen and aloe aftercare ❤
Brandon I really appreciate your videos, I’m about to start and I know I’m going to have to pick up the phone, but I’m still lost on how exactly to get peoples contact, I know I want to work with FSBO , expires, and something for my pipeline, but can you tell me what to use to contact them?
Great video topic! Would you be opposed to making a more in depth video on “imposter syndrome”? Specifically when it comes to feeling like you’re being dishonest as a brand new agent who doesn’t actually know the market. Fake till you make it situation?
You know how you avoid imposter syndrome? Practice practice practice your scripts and study your market like a hawk. Imposter syndrome goes away QUICKLY
Brandon out here working on vacation... Take a little break haha! Appreciate the video, sir. edit: biggest takeaway - the studies using language like 'because' to change how an individual responds was fascinating
Hallelujah!!! I’m blessed and favored with $60,000 every week! Now I can afford anything and support the work of God and the church. For Your glory, LORD! HALLELUJAH!
Absolutely! I have heard stories of people who started with little or no knowledge but managed to emerge victorious thanks to Ana Graciela Blackwelder.
If you had enough people interested in a part three of this series, would it be a bad idea for you to publish it next week, Because there are a lot of people in this comment wanting that. Was that a bad attempt, because I haven’t even gotten my license yet?
Hey Brandon, love the video #2. Would you be opposed to liking my comment because I know you’re not gonna like it unless you’re 100% convinced that it’s the right comment for you?
You forgot to end the video with a because statement. Maybe you could have said, because I just gave you so much value for free and it only takes a second right?
Stop belittling agents by saying they’re bitching and moaning, peoples lives are being highly impacted. They have a right to process injustice. You’re wrong for that. I would not sign up to coach with you based on your lack of compassion.
Brandon, you are a treasure and I try to not tell anyone about you just to keep learning from you, I’m not in a state where I can share knowledge with people because I need it to excel over everyone, Am I wrong??? I would be thankful for your opinion

My biggest takeaway is honestly, how words have power and how you structure it is fundamental!
I've gone through 10+ scripts before coming to yours. I had RS expired script before this and I'll definitely be using this and adding this to my daily prospecting. So smooth and strong.
Agreed this is a game changer!
My biggest takeaway is how easy and seamless you make this look

With that mindset at your age, you'll definitely meet your goals. Good job 👍
Terrific framework, Brandon. You've got me thinking of all the variations to make this a tool I can use. This framework practically gets the prospect to close themselves. And if they do say no, then they're probably not a fit anyway. Great stuff!
Spot on!
My biggest takeaway is that I can feel that you care. I always recommend you to anybody who needs to hear you.
I appreciate you 🙏
Hey Brandon! I just came across your videos and they are amazing! I love how you really have examined these issues from a scientific aspect. I can’t wait to watch more!!
Welcome to the channel!
As a new agent, I want to train with you so badly. Your coaching is next level.

Because heuristic is great- icing on the cake when you do if-then and no oriented question beforehand. Awesome video!

Love the last question. NO is the golden word for sure! I know this.
Thank you. This was great, as well as part 1. Implementing it this week. Never cared for old scripts, so this approach is doable.
This is excellent. I believe this is also Chris Voss's technique to get to a No. I've used this for negotiating it's really excellent, thank😮 you.
This seems to be gold. Let’s try it
I am brand new to the real estate industry, and I was doing horrible sale pitch cold calling. I feel like this amazing way of getting out of that sales type phone call that people hate. I really appreciate you putting this out there I going to apply this to my calls now.

My biggest takeaway is that my instincts were correct and nearly everything I thought I needed to learn is wrong. 🤦♂ Very much appreciate this lesson and your content in general!
Fantastic, seeing the strategies in play with more understanding of why they work so well!

Oh really? Tell me more! Always interested in hearing stories of successes.
This is what Ana Graciela Blackwelder does, she has changed my life.
After raising up to 60k trading with her, I bought a new house and car here in the US and also paid for my son’s (Oscar) surgery. Glory to God.shalom.
I know Ana Graciela Blackwelder, and I have also had success...
Absolutely! I have heard stories of people who started with little or no knowledge but managed to emerge victorious thanks to Ana Graciela Blackwelder.
Well, I guess I wouldn’t be totally against leaving you a comment Brandon.

Hey Brandon, love the video #2. Would you be opposed to liking my comment because I know you’re not gonna like it unless you’re 100% convinced that it’s the right comment for you?
👌
Let's make them hard to say no!😮
You forgot to end the video with a because statement. Maybe you could have said, because I just gave you so much value for free and it only takes a second right?
I would be 100% against leaving you a comment. Lol
You simply took a very small NLP basics
Stop belittling agents by saying they’re bitching and moaning, peoples lives are being highly impacted. They have a right to process injustice. You’re wrong for that. I would not sign up to coach with you based on your lack of compassion.
