Tonality when you are speaking to a prospective client is the key. I have the scripts and when i come off as nervous or over eager or scripty I never get the appointment. Its a confident mindset, relaxed delivery that works best. Just need to replicate that every day every call. appreciate your videos very much

I am not a realitor. I am a network marketer. The principles taught in this video apply to all areas of sales. I have learned a whole bunch of new strategies. I will be implementing these strategies. Thank you for this training.

I like it! .. It's like asking a friend their thoughts surrounding a decision they're contemplating . Followed by a verbal expression.. You're their to help them work through the problem. The message... "I'm here for you" GOOD STUFF BRANDON!

Brandon, you should take vacation more often! This is pure gold! I love that it's just presenting reason to a prospect in a way that is impossible to disagree with.
I plan on implementing this immediately and practicing this framework as I do my roleplays.
I would love to hear your tonality when you initiate the conversation on a call. Especially when one of the first questions they typically ask is "do you have a buyer?"

  • @John-ep7tj

This is very pre suasion/ straigh line method in a way, leading the conversation in a way that eliminates objections whilst having the other person feel they are in control of the conversation. Incredible

As someone who has always avoided cold calling, I’m actually looking forward to trying this out, which is a testament to how powerful this is. Shifting the mindset of the agent is essential, even before getting to shifting the mindset of the prospect!

The 'because heuristic '. My son and I were laughing about this again the other day. As when someone asks us to do or not do something, it often sounds more like they're 'telling', not 'asking', which then makes us much more likely to do the opposite just to show We are the one in control. I would never have viewed this as something I could use in my business conversations before watching this video. Great content! You have a new subscriber now 😊

I’m 17 at the moment. But when I turn 18 I’ll get my Florida real estate license. I live in Massachusetts but I want to move to Florida boca raton to be a real estate agent. I graduate when I turn 19 so I got lots of time to save up. You will definitely be my coach. My goal is reach 500k per year by 23. My girlfriend wants to be a dermatologist and I want to support her also.

Terrific framework, Brandon. You've got me thinking of all the variations to make this a tool I can use. This framework practically gets the prospect to close themselves. And if they do say no, then they're probably not a fit anyway. Great stuff!

Biggest takeaway... 🤩 sheesh. The whole thing. I love psychology backed lessons. I think by giving prospects the feeling of control and making it virtually impossible for them to disagree will help invite them to actually tell the truth on whether or not they're inviting us over or whether or not they want to work with us instead of ghosting us or lashing out. This will help save so much time for everyone involved.

  • @VABuds

My biggest takeaway is using “because” more often. I will be implementing that strategy at my other sales job. My goal this year is to get better at finding homeowners who may want to sell soon and this script will help me a ton. I just need to figure out how to find them and make the connection. Licensed for 5 years and can’t seem to get any clients that I don’t already know.

  • @justcubbins

Great content, Brandon! This is a powerful framework. I love how you’ve built it from proven studies on human nature. I read Persuasion years ago and never slowed down enough to think about how I could integrate “because” into my prospecting conversations. You’ve done it masterfully.
Two big takeaways for me: the overall framework you provided, and one I didn’t expect at all-how important it is to often consume less and ponder more on what has already been consumed.
