    Hello everything is fine? I bought a Tuya Smart wireless doorbell video intercom. Boy, I can't connect to my device. I already connected to the 2.4Hz network and followed all the steps. When it reads the QR code it displays the following message: Any information received. What could be going wrong?

      There are a few possible reasons why your Tuya Smart wireless doorbell video intercom is not connecting to your device, even though you have connected to the 2.4Hz network and followed all the steps.
      The QR code is not being read correctly. Make sure that the QR code is centered in the camera and that there is no glare on the screen. You may also try moving the camera closer to the QR code.
      The doorbell is not in pairing mode. To put the doorbell in pairing mode, press and hold the doorbell button for 5 seconds. The LED light on the doorbell will start blinking rapidly when it is in pairing mode.
      The doorbell is too far from the router. The doorbell needs to be within range of your router in order to connect to the internet. If the doorbell is too far away, try moving it closer to the router or using a Wi-Fi extender.
      There is a problem with your Wi-Fi network. Make sure that your Wi-Fi network is working properly and that you are able to connect to other devices. You may also try restarting your router.
      If you have tried all of the above and you are still unable to connect to your doorbell, you may need to contact Tuya Smart support for further assistance.

      I finally can answer the doorbell , but 1 more problem is, that only on when someone press the doorbell, if no one press the door bell , I cannot check the camera by my phone
