Hi Becky, I made my first puzzle for a friend about 3 weeks ago. It was exciting to go through the process. I made one that used 2 pieces of chipboard one for the puzzle and one for the base. It did cut down to my”new” mat😢😢, but the excitement of creating a beautiful puzzle outweighed my disappointment. Thanks for letting me see a different perspective and to know Design Bundles has puzzles!!!!
Hey Jonathan, you can purchase it from Design Bundles, I'll link it below. Hope this helps! ---Becky designbundles.net/jeksongraphics/1140105-jigsaw-puzzle-svg-templates-bundle-classic-heart-u
The last time I used my knife blade on chipboard it seemed to chew up the board a bit. What would cause that? I'll add to this comment a day later. I gave this a go and the sticker paper didn't stay down while cutting and my knife blade, again, chewed up the chipboard. So I'm not sure what to do from here.
Hmmm Christie, I'm not sure what the issue could be. Are you trying to cut anything detailed? Could it be the chipboard you are using? Where did you purchase it and what is the thickness? ---Becky
@@DesignBundles I purchased it from Amazon and I'm not sure about the thickness but it's the heavy duty chipboard. I was trying to cut a family tree that's not really detailed. It had hearts at the ends of the branches for the names. I used it for this puzzle also. Maybe the chipboard is just not good quality. Idk.
