OLÁ. Parabéns. Trata-se de uma usinagem com tolerância na ordem de 0.00?mm. Sugiro inverter a sequencia. Efetue por último o ângulo de 45º. ABRAÇOS... Roberto Udo Krapf
I love it, there isn't really any other Machine that will do this job at that price point, a Newen would be awesome, but for most shop's it's not a option
@@powellmachineinc if you pay by the hour to watch a serdi. Its gonna be expensive. I have no issue with the result on a serdi. If a guy is real smooth on it. It will do a nice job. But it is way to slow to set up. Especially with a splayed valve head. Floating the gimble to zero takes a lifetime. But I will say the good buddy trucker air brake sound never gets old. That part is epic.
Very nice
Thank you!!
Nice work Daniel.
Really looks good.
Do you do the CNC porting yourself?
Take care, Ed.
Yes, we have programs for most Ls castings, and alot of others also
That's how all vids should start!!! Smiles and laughing!!
My son was making me laugh, we had a good time
Cheap help Haaaa 😂 but great help!!! God Bless
Didn't even let it float long enough
Seems like he's new

I will put it on my to do list
Turn speed way up keeps it from grabbing way better seat used one for yesrs
Best part of that serdi is the dial indicator.
The machines work well. But too slow and the set up is lengthy. IMO.

What's better about a Newen... that it cuts with a single point rather than a form tool so less chatter?
What angle and what seat width are you using and where on the valve is the seat
That's not information we make public, sorry.
