As a main zero pilot these tips were not that bad.
I agree and best part was that they didn't tell exactly what to do in certain situations.
the Zeke is a majestic plane I'm in love with so much, mastering it may be kinda hard, but once you do it, you're unstoppable.
I've also created a more complete tutorial on this plane, if anyone would like to watch.
I have watched many zero tutorials countless times for entertanment, and let me say that you made the best one.
Pd: I learned how to use the zero by own experience before even discovering war thunder any way but your tutorial still the best

Oh man the Zero. I used thesr planes since 2014. There still my favorite planes in game. They are easy to use and fly but can be challenge if you don't know what your doing. If you get the hang of them they can be extremely dangerous or easy to kill. Zero is still mt top scoring plane with more kills then deaths. Like 140ish kills to around 30ish death.

Using a medium like youtube to let gaijin know that people are unhappy about a game. By disliking video's over said video-game. Don't be so fast to call out people for being trolls.
Your way of thinking is wrong. You don't see people being 'trolls' on cross-out or other video's about gaijin games. If they post a video about war thunder (or I about my dog). Then people are free to complain on said video about an aspect of my dog/ war thunder.
People have of course been using the forums, and it isn't working, so they are here disliking all their videos, its just another way of showing discontent and pressuring the developers to do something. It's that simple.
When people want change, saying that you aren't going to change clearly doesn't, literally, change anything. People are still going to complain until a satisfactory response is made. They could also have made a much better statement and response.
This behaviour may not help the situation, but surely is this making the game seem worse and worse and results in less people playing the game, which even though may not be the conclusion anyone wanted, it's a concern for gaijin.
Please Gaijin, we need a discussion about FPE/Parts! Not having FPE/Parts on your tanks or ship is so horribly un-fun and makes getting a new vehicle an unpleasant task. Especially at the higher ranks when you're looking at dozens of nasty, brutish, and short battles before you unlock both systems. While this may drive sales of golden eagles in the short term, over time your player-base will become quite discouraged about reaching the higher tiers. I have friends who really like this game but have reservations about spending money on it because of this particular system and also the sheer amount of stuff there is to research and buy before you become relevant.
The BR for all A6Ms are ridiculously, unreasonably high. Especially in AB. FFS, how in the world do you rationalize BR assignments like 3.7 for the A6M2 Mod. 21, 4.3 for the A6M3 Mod. 32 and 4.7 for the A6M5 Mod. 52 Otsu when the F6F-5 and F4U-1D have a BR of 3.0, and the P-47D-25 and P-47D-28 have 3.3?
This problem with illogical BR assignment applies to quite a few other Japanese planes.
Makes it more fun when the Zero pilot is #1 on the team list and people think it is unreasonably high in the BR department.
It's not too high. It's quite good. I feel pretty 'comfy' fighting with P-47s etc. It's all about maneuvers. Only P-63 are really dangerous

It's cause gaijoob look at stats of aircraft which is strongly impacted by quality of pilots, not the ability of an aircraft itself
@@deleted0159 I dissagree. The problem with ally planes (USA mostly) is their change in gameplay from lower ranks. People start playing and in the lower ranks and it is mostly just dogfighitng. In rank 2 and on the usa planes switch to BnZ and BnR, which require tactics and patience, that many people dont really have. Japan stics to dogfighting as that is what they are very good at. Also rank 4 and on, most of ally players already know how to use those planes so the odds are quite even.
2:10 all of those tactics are what I do all the time and EVERYONE falls for it, every time, they see a Zero and come in with sweaty hands and the need for a kill in their eyes.
16000 kills racked up in the game so far, and I've snuffed out well over half of them with a Zero.
Can relate. For some reason a P 47 tried to turn fight me.

When I meet the Zero I go for a gun run, then immediately pull away, hose it from long distance with inaccurate guns (shotgun).
Tips
1. Turn turn turn
2. Do not use the a6m2-n
3. Speed and maneuverability is your armor
4. Roll to the left in a head on, this was found out after the Alaskan zero was examined
5. Do not attack bombers with bullets, inky your plane
6. Use tracers
7. You can go from 150 kph without stalling all the way to 700 kph without ripping your wings out
8. Get the premium American zero, because you can farm Russians easier

I retreat from playing like 1 year ago, I play so hard with the a6m zero ko that one time I was 4 on 1 and kill them all with absolute crazy maneuvers.

The zero is definitely my favorite plane. I love that people think they can just attack me and get an easy kill only to find out I’m already on their six and have deleted them from existence with my 20mm cannons.

I love the Zero's. Its such a great aircraft even though it flies at a disadvantage, but thats what i like because people often fall into the turning trap

I was wondering you would possibly add the super m48 upgrade package to the existing m48a2ga2 for Germany, as vehicles such as the bmp and t-64 have upgrade packages, and at 8.0 it needs a stabilizer and could benefit from the composite armor as right now it's not even comparable to the magach 3 which is a 7.7

well, the a6 zero (if the pilot is skilled) can be killed by 2 person. And only two. remember : if you encounter a zero the only thing you can do is making it stall. flying at low speed may be good for the a6, but nobody flies with no speed.

Best advice for pilots.
I have a suggetion about the FPE and parts thing.
I do think the parts modification should be free, because i dont think its fun to get shot in the engine which results into not being able to perform in battle, and that means almost no RP to research parts. My suggetion for fire is maybe a crew perk. This perk allows the crew to extinguish the fire in a given amount of time. in like 10 seconds or something. and by leveling up this specific skill it goes down by 10% max. Then this question may occur. well if the crew can put the fire out whats the point of FPE? Well FPE is able extinguish in an instant (Or, atleast quick), the crew takes some time to put it out, which can still result in alot damage or death because the crew didn't have enough time. I think this is more fun because you're still able to prevent getting killed by a small mistake you made. On top of that, i think both parties profit from it. The players can put out the fire without the modification but can still die if set on fire too many times. and if wanted to, players can still purchase the FPE modification if they want to spend GE.
Some people may say that acing a crew then is gonna be alot more difficult because the level is probably gonna go above 150, and you may be right, but i would rather have a chance of surviving a fire than acing my crew.

Yaks have not been overperforming since over 2 years now. If anything they are amongst the worst aircraft to fly as of current.
The zero is my FAVORITE niche in air combat. The satisfaction in outplaying your enemies with just mobility is something I strive In dogfights.
Zero's are the most popular Japanese fighter. Finding games is the issue, I'm too busy grinding out everything else to consider playing Japan. Also, remove rp cap, parts, fpe etc..
And another question for the thunder show: do you planning to introduce something like a stop and go function for the ground forces? That we can turn off our engines their to

Just a question,wich belt for the 20 mils? The 7.7 are worthy with stealth bullet but i can't find the "good belt". I've try the tracer one but they have only 2mm of pen,like i expect planes to blow up but i must use all my magazing to got them critical. I usually take universal one but i think the cannons can be more good. My convergence? No problem, relatively low like 300-250 meters,kill often by cutting of wings or tails. Thanks in advance
I'm back from playing 30 games in the Zero. The results 3/30 games are wins. losses 27/30. Those three wins i got were played against Russian aircraft. Those 27 losses against American Aircraft on the Pacific maps where the American planes get a
air spawn while the Japanese are force to take off from CV's
most zero pilots are dumb noobs thats why. they want to fly the zero b/c contrary to this video it's actually easy to learn, but hard to master. zero is very forgiving with maneuver mistakes that's why these noobs like 5-7 of them go diving on the very first US plane they see and sell off their energy right away then it's "pecking" time for the US BnZs. 1v1 nothing can beat the zero in its BR given if piilots have 2 equal skills.

turning dogfight. only work like 30% of the time. most of my team like you said go for the first plane they see,
losing the height advantage. I try to make enemy planes stall climb me where i can roll and attack them
before they regain airspeed. I can fly a zero but i wouldn't say i completely master it. But if you have that noob team like you said going against a team that knows what to do. It can be challenging
My best tactic against skilled US pilots at a US vs JP map is to climb. Zero got godlike climb rate and retains maneuverabilty at high alts. p51s mgiht outtclimb you little but you can easily evade and turn back to them. Skilled US pilots won't do stall games with zero. They usually will dash away but eventually they get impatient and turn hard to repeat their bnz and losing their energy state and will have to soon dive to evade you. Maintain the alt advantage and BNZ planes attacking your friends(yes use their tactic against them). If flown with skill, zero is simply unkillable(and ki-43 III)
@@dharmdevil I do that alot but it's my shitty noob team that can't do the same. 6 of my team mates dive atleast 9,000 ft down to kill one p-47 while the rest of the enemy team dive at my team and slaughter them. I'm about to give up on japanese planes. I love the planes but HATE the my team who can't use them
yes. that scenario or you get lucky to have skilled zeroes and turns the game into a "mine mine mine" scenario finished in 5 minutes and you get no kills. that's why i use my zeroes in ground RB, jp planes are the best for CAP.

This is pretty much how I've played a Zero for years. A lot does come from knowing how to use it and about the enemies you fight. But the thing that gets me the most kills with them is screwing with other people's expectations, like making them think i'm going to do something stupid or that I'm AFK/preoccupied because i'm flying in a straight line. Then right before they get in range... poof, and suddenly they find themselves dead. For me, it's not good enough to kill them. The enemy also has to feel stupid for even trying. :D
Sadly, most of my deaths while flying with a Zero end up coming from friendly fire because some idiot teammate starts blindly shooting. It only takes one good hit to kill a Zero most of the time. ;_;
This makes me want to play the zero. And how to use the combat flaps or other flaps?

I cannot stress this enough, REMEMBER the Dicta boelcke. He made the principles for dogfights, and the zero’s strength is dogfighting. Plus it handles like a ww1 biplane so it’s even more important.

Zeros are practically held together with scotch tape and straws... but they can out-maneuver anything you throw at them.

i love dive bombing or even just diving as a bomber in general. low tier diving to escape fighters as a tactical bomber works pretty well for me, last night i had alot of fun as a Ki-49 by climbing above the fighters and then just diving when the fighters tried to reach me before dropping my bombs on the targets and running like hell but i was on a mountainous map so i stuck to the mountains, disrupting the fighters angles of fire. A pro would have filled me with lead but at low tier most fighters are too busy dog fighting in a big tangled mess to focus on a lonely bomber plugging away at ground targets
