That's standard operating procedure for Grapevine parks - no one out there knows anything, but you can be sure someone will be along shortly to charge you more money or leave a ticket on your vehicle. Boating and fishing community forums are full of similar stories about the parks and boat ramps all around Lake Grapevine.
