Treble health has been such a blessing and I’m so glad I found you! I can say I’m almost healed from my tinnitus and I truly do have you to thank. I definitely went though some dark days, but I’m seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! Thank you for caring.

Hey. Can you explain a bit more? How did they help you to heal your tinnitus?

    • @jonathanjohnston6275

@@hangmeon1234I listened to every thing he has put on UTube! I found the sound that works best for me as far as distraction goes, the shower video work best for me, I 100 percent had to make myself not so stressed! I’m not saying it’s gone BUT it’s so much better and now if I do hear it I can almost mask it myself and not worry as much about it. Some days are better then others but when I do have it flare up, I just don’t let it bother me. It’s like it’s behind a cracked door, other times it behind a closed door. Also I got a blue tooth headband from Amazon that I use to sleep with. Good luck with your journey.

I don’t understand what these sounds should do. Distract or over lay my tinnitus? Sorry it still comes screaming through. Can you explain more of the principles behind how this helps please? Thx

This for me is way better than the fire and crickets sound. My tinnitus way outrang that one. This one masks much better for me at lower volume. Been dealing with this since teen years and am now 42. This helps thank you.

I've found that getting the right one (frequency/personal taste) of the huge range of these is not a 'magic bullet' but a soothing balm. A big help along with other approaches- for me, consistently doing neck/jaw/lympathic drainage/vagus nerve massage and stretches, along with having these on when needed. Took a few days of really going for it to get some hours and then whole days of blessed silence :)
For me, this one would not be high enough.
