Love that Mark is recognized for his hard work! He’s an amazing human and awesome food vlogger. He showed in my RUclips feed 3 years ago. He was just at a million. I binged watch every last one is his videos. I would be crazy excited if I met him!
I met at this restaurant back in Feb. You can see me at 8:04. I ended up eating there too!
I hate it. People just have to act all high and mighty trying to take a selfie with him in the background. Trying to get all likes on Facebook, they're using him for likes. It's sickening.

Looks like a bomb sandwich but even from the film two years ago I felt like it seemed too crunchy lol but that’s a personal thing on my end. Congrats to Barbra for the opening!
Yes on the too crunchy bread. I love it but have trouble chewing it. I think the second sandwich with thicker bread was not as crunchy ( I didn't hear it, lol) Of course Barbara could offer choice of bread and maybe an option to have the chili paste added to the sandwich as an additional spread. Mark had a little trouble keeping it on his bite.
Peppurr Roni oh for sure! The bread was thicker than the last one so it didn’t dry out a lot in the center. As much I love me some crunch, a sandwich that big and that crunchy seems more of a mess. Yea maybe a light toast option and an addition to add the sauce inside lol someone write her a letter! 😂

I'm sure that those sandwiches are delicious. There is a place in East Providence, Rhode Island, The Italian Corner, where the grinders are more simplistic. Every time I go there, I get the Mortadella grinder. It has Mortadells with pistachios, provolone, lettuce, and tomato. The Mortadella is what the grinder is about. The focaccia brings the grinder to a whole different level. My problem with the sandwiches in this video is that none of the meats gets to take center stage and each loses a little something being dwarfed by the other delicious meats. I want to choose a meat and build the sandwich around it.

I managed Subways when it started.We used to slice every meat & veggie...but when demand increased couldnt keep up. Switched to pre sliced meats. When its a business have to decide to keep up.

Isn't the meat also pre-sliced? They just did slice it fresh for the showcase but later on you can see all the containers with sliced meat and cheese.

Been reading comments that hates joel's laugh. Joel is mark's close friend. Do you think, he will take a friend who's going to have a fake laugh in front of the viewers? No. I've been a subscriber to marks since 2016. I tell you, that is how he laughs even before. I remember those days where many would hate the way mark's tilts his head but now he is accepted by everyone, the way he is. I hope you will also accept how joel would laugh. Mark, come back to the east coast and go to Car Mira's Deli @ 3240 Chichester Ave, Boothwyn, PA (just a stones throw outside of Philadelphia) and order the Italian special with sharp provolone on a seeded roll (the seeded roll is VERY important). Very similar meats to what you just ate but with the proper seasoning (and no mustard). For you need for peppers, ask for long hots. Believe me, you will be happy and the shop feels so old world Italian you'll swear when you exit you should be looking at the Pantheon.
Just watch one of these with Jeff. Of course Mark you going to great detail so it's not like I'm going to turn away from this video. No way absolutely no way.!!!!
