On our way to a downtown restaurant, we passed the iconic Kaufmann's clock--a symbol of a bygone area, which is now next to the familiar red Target logo sign. Gone are: the unveiling of the department store animated Christmas window displays. the atmosphere of the main floor of the Pittsburgh department store. in the case of downtown Kaufmann's--the Jenny Lee Bakery in the mezzanine. (I always had to stop and get a ladylock) Ah, progress...😔
@JC Why is acknowledging the high incidence of crime apparently offensive to you? Does a lot of crime happen near that store? It's one thing to disagree with the truth of a statement, but if there is a real issue with crime, your response seems unproductive.
So what can I say about the new Target downtown in Pittsburgh, very clean, but🤔🤔🤔 no it got to be a but,?? what's with that one bathroom men and women use together?? you got to wait for staff to put the number in ,and let you in, by the time you find somebody, you can peed and boo boo on yourself, and please do not ask none of the women in pharmacy, cuz they will just start rolling they eyes, and give you nasty attitude, really come on now, let's not turn this Target downtown in Pittsburgh ghetto and nasty attitude workers, that's why Burger King is gone I never thought that was going to last it was the nastiest ghetto place I ever saw, it was unbelievable and I love Burger King, was happy to see until I tried to go in there a couple times and I gave up, the staff was young girls with nasty nasty attitudes so I'm glad they shut it down I just hope Target ain't next, and I ain't got no words for Burlington they want you to spend your money for Christmas but can't use the bathroom
Hope they got plenty of security.
I wonder if they kept the original wooden Otis escalators in the upper floors of the building 🥲
