10 best Dryland Legs exercise
nice video ... will try this out. i am beginner in swimming and still not got my breathing right. Hope these core exercises will help me get better body position and i gets my breathing right. (now it is like absolutely zero breathing)

I love the first eight exercises! And the suggestion for reps. But the last two put a lot of weird torque on the knees. I do the same chop upper body motion but in a squat position without twisting the knees. Works better for me.

Hey guys i need some help...I go to the gym 3x times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and i swim 2x times a week (Tuesday, Thursday)..My question is that how many times should i do dryland workout and on what days and should i do dryland workout before or after gym workout?
