It's a shame that Dave didn't stick around for long, thanks to Adam Brody's hectic schedule. I always thought that he was a better match for Lane than Zack was.
The writers really did Lane's character dirty and I'll never forgive them for that.
Yes and I really hated the whole Dean cheated on his wife with Rory and then them dating thing. And Paris and that professor.
I don't think we got to know Dave very well to tell if he was a better match for lane. The paris/professor storyline would be less believable if he weren't like a famous genius novelist. The dean cheating thing is totally believable, Dean was always totally in love with rory. Also, rory was at an age where most people make mistakes they regret later.

Everyone's come very far in their careers, so proud of them! I completely forgot Leslie Odom Jr and Rami Malek made an appearance in Gilmore Girls. Might be time for a rewatch.
Adam Brody in Gilmore Girls is such a treat! I wish he would've stayed in the show, but I'm glad we got to see him play Seth Cohen for 4 years then ❤️

It was good for a time. The show is also an exercise in deciding when a show is past its prime. When a show about high school kids has them now in college, a show is over. April was cousin Oliver. A will they won't they couple is a hook to keep a show on when it is out of plot points.

Would have been nice if you included more references for what they got famous for later on in their career. Some are very obvious, others are not (at least to me - especially what was their breakthrough). You did it for the first entres, but not for all of them.

They weren't guest stars. That's who the list is about. I mean, the highest episode count for any of them (Chad/#2) is 11 episodes. Milo had 37, 31 of which were in the seasons he starred regularly in (second and third), and Jared had 63 over 5 seasons.

Jared and Milo were main stars, not guest stars. They had places in the opening credits and regular storylines. The list is just about people who had only a handful of appearances and were never part of the main cast. Same for Melissa McCarthy -- she was a main member from the first episode, lasted into the sequel series on Netflix, and had enough story to get her own show
