- Gilmore Girls - is an all times show. It was a great present for the fans when Gilmore girls revival came out in 2016. But what has happened to the Gilmore Girls cast after that? Where are they now?
Lauren Graham as one and only Lorelei Gilmore has opened her door to the book business. Alexis Bledel as our lovely Rory Gilmore made her on-screen romances between Rory and Dean and Rory and Jess real in her daily life. And the second one with Milo Ventimiglia almost lead to marriage but their ways parted.
Nevertheless, Alexis married another actor and even became a mother! Scott Patterson, whom we loved as Luke Danes have opened a cafe in real life and Melissa McCarthy as the best cook Sookie St. James is now a producer of her own studio.
Sean Gunn, whom we know as freaky Kirk Gleason is more than demanded in a Marvel's world and Liza Weil, who played a role of Paris Geller has become a main lead in the show “How to get away with murder”. Find out more about your favorite Gilmore characters in this video!

That was because of Amy Pelleigro writer's ego, she wanted that. Her character and she ended how she wanted it-did not care about her fans who had loved those characters for so long. I was so sad about the reunion movies I wish she had not bothered.
I didn't mind that she was pregnant; it totally makes sense because Logan has ALWAYS been a Chris analogue, and now Jess is Luke. That's fine. But her career floundering, and she not caring, and losing her drive? It is SO out of character for her.

In her inteire life, the people say:"how wonderful you are", and now she think that is true, so she don't really try give a way to her career, she think the world love her and will give her a amazing life. Is perfectly obvious her way to think and act if you see the real way how they act with her. Is because of that, who Jess is so important, he help her to see how she must beggin. She wanted start for the top, and he show her how this not happening in the real life.

Maybe not...but she said when she read the script, she was disappointed, too...everyone knew her as a hard worker and so on, and she didn’t like how “older Rory” turned out. Sure, she could have changed some since she graduated from college, but ugh. All of those guys, forgetting to break up with one (that was just stupid!), and STILL with Logan though he was engaged??? It was a little too much like back when she and Dean cheated. I hated the way it ended. I think I know who it is, but it doesn’t matter who...I would hate it no matter what! 😂
Ana Paula C. Frasson that makes no sense as Rory as a person is VERY hardworking. It is in her nature and what she loves to do is work hard be prepared she loves work and school. So it made zero sense that she would be floundering with her purpose.

it wasn't well done. I think I heard that it was supposed to end like that but it just came out of the blue and didn't fit the whole scene. It was supposed to be a full circle, but it didn't feel like it

Personally I feel that Jared Padalecki (Dean) was one of the most successful cast member after this show. Being a main character on a show with 14 SEASONS, they should’ve mentioned him.
14 seasons on a CW show. Others have had successful runs on bigger network shows that may not have gone on for 14 years but many seasons on networks that required more than 3 million viewers to keep it on the air.

Dean (Jared Padalecki) is on a CW show called Supernatural that has been running since 2005. He is the main character Sam who has a brother Dean( yeh I know ironic) who basically fight the supernatural.It’s a pretty popular show
Y'all missed Milo Ventimiglia (Jesse) and so many others, like Keiko Agena (Lane), Yanic Truesdale (Michele), Matt Czuchry (Logan), Kelly Bishop (Emely), David Sutcliffe (Christopher), Mädchen Amick (Shelly), Madeline Kennish (Luke's daughter), Louise Grant (Teal Redmann) and Madeline Lynn (Shelly Cole)- the mean girls at Chilton - ... Even Babet and Miss Patty got into our hearts!! The entire cast was so memorable. The show was so good!!
PS: RIP to Edward Herrmann (Richard).

I miss Gilmore Girls
I know right, I always felt the Kims were done dirty on the show. Both Lane and her mom were some of the most entertaining characters yet got very little screen time while Kirk got like a mini story in almost every episode. Not hating on Kirk but just saying

I think it's just messed up that they could end a series like that. I and other Gilmore girls fans will spend the rest of our lives wondering, who's the father? What did Lorelei say after Rory told her? Will Rory finish/release her book? Will she become famous? Will she get back with Jess? These are just a few of the questions left unanswered, we need more... lol, but I'm serious...
Trinity Gutteridge I agreed with all your questions . They should have done another season . I didn’t like how Rory turned into a brat. Becoming unemployed and moving in with her mom . She should have fought for salary with Taylor . I bet the father is Logan . I would like to see another season .
Logan is the father. As disappointing as AYITL was, I think it is time to let GG end. Emily's story was the only good thing about AYITL.

I think it‘s so interesting how successful most of the cast was after gilmore girls. Maybe it doesn‘t fully classify as a Teen show, but in some form it is. And it‘s a fact that most actors who started out young in teen shows, often don‘t come near their succes and have no chance to outgrow their role. But look at them! Melissa became one of Hollywoods highest paid actresses, Jared stared in Supernatural, which was incredibly successful, Milo in This is Us, Liza Weil is on How to get away with murder, which was also really successful and Alexis was in Handsmaid Tale and even won an Emmy for that! I always felt so proud of them lol
I HATED the ending of Year In The Life! They ended on Rory being pregnant! And they aren’t doing another show.

yeah, both Jared and Milo were reduced to Alexis' exes which is ridiculous considering all they've done with their lives and careers
He left the series was not there all 7 seasons. Same goes for Milo. Both were successful but they did not stay throughout the whole series. and Mart (Logan) too he was only in the later seasons-not there for the 7 year run.

To others in general, I can’t remember when this video was done, but Lauren’s most recent book wasn’t mentioned (though they showed it). It seems that they focused on the things people did that weren’t acting, with only a few people being exceptions-if I’m recalling correctly, they were all main characters and were on the show the whole time.

Winter Baby 2006 it happened that way because it’s the ‘circle of life’. She won’t marry Logan she will marry Jess. Logan is Rorys Chris and Jess is Rorys Luke.
I was a Logan fan but the way Rory turned out I was hoping that the baby was anyone elses and he didn't have to be saddled with her. I actually was sick of her and Lorelei before the first round of seasons ever ended.
I honestly don't. It'll probably just be disappointing...

Well, I saw it spelt LorAlai, when I bingewatched the series again for, for the millonth time, at the beginning of the year. My mind was blown. Especially since I was spelling it Lorelei for years (because of Scorpions' song ^^), before seeing on a website that it was Lorelai... And then Loralai ? That was too much for me ^^
I searched in the Internet but LorAlai I could not find. Maybe it's really wrong, but it exists many versions of the name. Loreley and Lorelei are often used in Europe and Lorelai is the English version. It comes from a saga. On the river Rhine is a rock called Loreley. And a maiden with the same name was sitting on the rock and lures fishermen to death with her singing. And this saga was inspiration for poems etc.

Gosh, this is a real throw back for me. I remember watching this many years ago and wanting to be just like Rory.
I'm a little relieved tbh that Alexis Bleidel (?) wasn't that settled with the finale. It's a good reminder of how most times actors have little say in the stories of their characters. Sometimes you start to see the actors as synonymous with the roles they play vs. as their own people.

I actually think she looks really different now and her voice in the last Gilmore girl show was really different as well. I felt like she didn‘t portray the same spirit of Rory as she did before
She has always looked younger than she really is. If you remember in season 1 GG she was really 19 but Rory looked about 12 although she was supposed to be 16.

I feel like..even if Rory wasn't a top journalist or some executive, Amy could've given her a measure of success like maybe taking the teaching job that the headmaster offered her. The pregnancy doesn't bother me. Im so over the boyfriend thing, hate how her love life ended up, she could've done much better and actually dated a single man. The main thing for me is that there was nothing to feel good about in her life, no success. Also, in the original show the whole vibe in general was different, good humor, even cheerful, much better dialogue written, just a masterpiece. This is like having a favorite desert for several years then they stop making it..and then they say " Hey we're making a new version of the desert, come see what we've done ". And they literally take out ALL- every single one of the ingredients that you loved about the original. So you stop eating and walk away thinking- what the hell was that? I'll just pretend it didn't happen. Sorry for the long reply ha ha.
@@new_journey66 Rewatch the original seven series binging all of the episodes and really watch them without the rose-colored glasses of the writers telling you that Lorelei and Rory are the heroes of the story and then ask yourself it it was actually good humor or cheerful. I loved the show when it was on but when I binge-watched it and really heard the words and how those two treated everyone around them Lorelei and Rory were the characters I hated most. I watched A Year In The Life and realized that they finally showed those two for who they really were. It's funny that people hated that series when it took the blinders off.

I hate Rory’s character “development,” if you can call it that. She aged almost opposite Lorelai, from a responsible, hardworking, and persevering young woman to being entitled and unmotivated. Her career struggles would be okay if her character weren’t such a terrible person!

Make an 8th season. Where Rori works hard in her career of championing later lands a job in New York a few years later. Sense she's into News. In New York where She runs into Jess. She rekindled her feeling with Jess. RORI, soon ends up marrying Jess. Luke Danes's relationship between Lorile starts working up but suddenly Luke gets into an accident and seriously hurt, lands him in ICU. As Luke lays in a coma, Lorile sits in hospital everyday. As she weeps here and there, in private in the room she finely let's her true heart feelings aloud. But she thinks Luke doesn't hear her. He began to fight for his life. Jess & Liz hears her plead to fight. Rori rushes to her mother's side. Later in one of the episodes Emily Gilmore dies at the last end of season 8, Kirk is still. A pess. Sookie & Jackson have there child, Lanely finally has her band cut a record and becomes famous in the surrounding area of Stars Hollow. Lanely's kids grows up to be smart kids. And has a third child.

Gilmore girls can't just end on mom "I'm pregnant" there has to be another season, we need to know what happens to Logan(if he is the father does he still marry the french girl or does he marry Rory), we need to know what Lorelai says about this pregnancy, we also want to know if Rory does not marry Logan who will she marry and do they co-parent?, is Logan in the childs life at all?,does he get the chance to raise his child?, will Rory tell him that he has a child?. But how will all these questions be answered if Lauren Graham will not be part if Gilmore girls anymore. Gilmore girls is one of the most amazing shows i have ever watched and i want it to continue.
