Pues a mí me ayudó a bajar un poco la grasa abdominal y tonificarla pero además del pilates tomo mucha agua, disminui el consumo de los carbohidratos solo un poco y estoy tomando un té de gengibre, canela y limón 😊@@BrwnSprFreak

Делаю это каждый день и отписываюсь 💗 1 день: было очень тяжело, некоторые упражнения не доводила до конца, однако сразу после упражнений я чувствовала сильную мотивацию стать лучше! + после этого сразу пошла ухаживать за собой! 2 день: было уже полегче, однако снова я доводила не все упражнения, завтра постараюсь сделать все. (если получится потому что я завтра уезжаю кое куда) 3 день: не было возможности сделать из за долгой поездки 4 день: Сделала. Было тяжеловато, однако я справилась! 5 день: тоже сделала. Совмещала эту её тренировку с тренировкой на ноги. Уже был замечен результат. Спустя всего 5 дней я начала лучше относится к своему телу! 6 день: тоже сделала, было уже легче. Результаты меня очень радуют 7 день: не было возможности из за долгой поездки 8 день: сделала, было тяжело просто из за того, что я находилась в очень маленьком пространстве. Спасибо! 9 день: было вполне легко,по крайней мере реально. Я все ещё не доделываю некоторые упражнения, но мне очень нравится результат! Продолжаю делать, хочу делать это до конца августа дабы красиво выглядеть в школе 🩷 10 день: я заболела, решила сделать перерыв на пару дней,но не факт что завтра будет перерыв. Посмотрю по самочувствию 11 день: не сделала, болезнь только усилилась 12 день: было легче, по этому сделала. Впервые доделала всю тренировку не останавливаясь по середине упражнений. Результаты есть, это здорово! 13 день: сделала достаточно рано и на голодный желудок. По этому возможно сделаю ещё подход. Стало куда легче, а все что осталось на животе походит на отек. Я люблю эту тренировку 14 день: у меня начались месячные (а они у меня болезненные) по этому сомневаюсь что сегодня/завтра буду делать. Но это уже как пойдёт. всем спасибо

i will do a few of hina's workouts every day for a few weeks and tracking my progress on this video, the workouts and stretches that im doing are: Relaxing Full Body Daily Stretch, Alice Sohee Pilates Routine (this one) , IVE Member's Pilates Routine, ILLIT Full body fat burn workout, and Full Body Fat Burn For Beginners. i hope i see results! Day 1: Relaxing Full Body Daily Stretch: i did this to prepare my body for the other workouts and it feels good! it was super easy but i must say the buttock stretch really got me, ouch 😅 Alice Sohee Pilates Routine: i really felt the burn with this one, it hurt but when i finished i felt great! i actually already did this workout 2 or 3 times but that was 2 weeks ago, i was SUPER sweaty after finishing it at that time but i barley sweated this time and its way easier so its easy to get used to! i hope i can do this with no pain soon! IVE Member's Pilates Routine: it was tricky at first but i didn't struggle with anything that much, the pain went away really quickly, i could barley feel it. it felt amazing! until the side plank, that one hurt a lot for me so i barley did it but overall this one made me feel very good and lively ILLIT Full body fat burn workout: this is another one i did a few times 2 weeks ago, at that time, most of the things in this one really burned but now i do it with almost no struggle! im pretty sweaty but just like the rest of the workouts, this made feel great and so alive! and also i can't do burpees so instead of the burpee squats, i just did a LOT of squats Full Body Fat Burn For Beginners: i was expecting this to be an easier and gentler version of the last one but i was totally wrong, this was my first time doing this one and it was pretty painful and even though the pain went away quickly, i still feel a bit sore afterwards but overall this was a pretty good workout, but i would say the last one is more "beginner friendly" than this one in my opinion. this one was a bit tough for me so im not sure if i will do this everyday but i will definitely do it again! i feel great right now!! doing workout after workout probably isn't the best thing to do in the middle of the night because now i have so much energy, for day 2 i will do some of the workouts in the morning and some at night instead of doing them all at once and i will try to sleep earlier as well instead of staying up late for this Day 2: Relaxing Full Body Daily Stretch: same as yesterday, a nice simple stretch, it feel good! Alice Sohee Pilates Routine: surprisingly easy! i was dying yesterday but now i can do this easily! i still can't do the russian twist though. this is a super fun pilates routine! i feel great after this! IVE Member's Pilates Routine: i made some progress! this time it was a lot easier! and i tried the russian twist, i wasn't that good at it and i didn't do it for the full 30 seconds but i think i can do it tomorrow, the side plank was also easier! again, i didn't do it for the full 30 seconds, but i got better at it! this pilates workout feels amazing! ILLIT Full body fat burn workout: i can do this so easily now! i've already improved a lot! Full Body Fat Burn For Beginners: its actually easier now! still a bit tricky but this is a great workout! I have lots of energy and i feel amazing after all of this! I’m doing this workout for maybe 2weeks(? I’ll write down how I feel for everyday
Day 1 : it was a bit hard for me and not very visible results
Day 2 : my thighs was hurting so bad but it’s still hard
Day 3 : some of the moves was easier for me to do and slimmer waist
Day 4 : most moves was much easier to do
Day 5 : my legs is tired after the workout
Day 6 : don’t really feel tired after the workout but the crunch kick was hard for me
Day 7 : REDO - it wasn’t that hard for me now tbh maybe tightening you cores would help(? But i still hated the crunch kicks
Day 8 : idk but my abs felt a bit sore during the workout
Day 9 : my abs still feel a bit sore Lmaoo but I feel like my body waist was a bit smaller (? Only a bit tho

Didn't you say the limit is the pelvis at the same time? You said the pelvis or the waist is just a bone and should not be controlled because it is a bone. How will it slim down if the waist is not just a bone?
Pelvis is bone but there’s fat and muscle around the waist which can be controlled by working out & diet!
