Hey, when you make the cobbler here's a tip: Mix all your spices in the liquid from the can before you pour it. It will taste the same either way but it will just look prettier this way😊
I made this recipe this evening...absolutely delicious. I didnt have enough crust to cover the cobbler so next time, I think I will do a full cup of milk ,flour ,and 3/4 sugar. Thank you for sharing 😘🥰🥰
I’m definitely going to try this recipe. Your recipe is very similar to the peach recipe I use but with that recipe the batter is at the bottom instead of on top. Thank you for sharing. 😊
My dough didn't rise to the top. It cooked underneath the potatoes. It was like an upside down cobbler. Doesn't taste bad but definitely didn't come out like yours. Not sure what went wrong 🙁

I think you could have put the batter mix on the bottom and it would have risen up through the potatoes and created a cobbler crust.

Not enough leaven. You need self rising flour or put in baking powder or baking soda to make it rise
