Javant is so "normal" and soothing and does not have that annoying RUclips personality where people act super hyper excited . He's nice, but not that over friendly in your face valley girl turned influencer persona. There are so many vegan and raw vegan people I want to follow, but I can only handle some of them in limited doses. With Javant, I feel calm and happy to listen.

I made these for dinner tonight and they were so delicious. I was worried about the pasta but it worked beautifully. I had mushrooms in my fridge that needed to be used so I served them with mushroom gravy instead of your sauce. Definitely making this again!

Talking to the screen ... I love that! Nutritional yeast is something that I only eat when I am using for a recipe that I am posting here. It is the only thing I am aware of that will create a really cheesy flavor, which is one of the things many vegans crave for. It is a food of much debate, with lots of people misunderstanding exactly what the different types contain. Personally, I will only eat it here and there, and there is only one brand that I will purchase because it is 3rd party certified. Having said that ... you can use it in sauces, on popcorn, to make vegan mac&cheese, and for lots of other dishes that need a cheesy flavor.
Man, you are so cool and smooth with it 😊 I watch your videos and feel empowered to make these recipes, but I am in no way as calm and collected as you are. I start putting all of the ingredients together, and it just doesn't come together quite the same way. I don't eat MSG. I buy a brand that does not contain any MSG. Glutamic acid is an amino acid, and amino acids are important for our bodies. Synthetic MSG is synthesized using natural glutamic acid that is chemically altered to become MSG which is the harmful stuff that I wouldn't consume. Glutamic acid in its original form is not harmful and our bodies. When it's naturally occurring, like in nutritional yeast, glutamic acid is in a bound form, which is naturally broken down into its free form so that it can enter the bloodstream and be released by the liver to be used by the brain. It's the many other forms of artificial "flavoring" and yeast extracts found in processed foods that we that contain the MSG that I make sure to avoid. My suggestion to you is to buy a brand that is non-fortified and states that it doesn't contain MSG. Thanks for asking
@@healthyveganeating unfortunately I can't tolerate it even in it's "natural" form, especially when it's intensified as it is in nutritional yeast (that's why it's so flavourful). I'll definitely experiment with this recipe though and try to find a way around!

Yes, I did roast the seeds. I haven't ever attempted to freeze and thaw the dough. My intuition is that it would work, but I am not certain.
