    2 Questions: Where can I get those gorgeous clear labels that you have on your containers, such as garbanzo bean flour, arrowroot, etc.?
    I'm usually pretty happy with my own homemade ones, but yours are even better. 😊

    I love these videos and the recipes!
    I can sit and go through these videos for hours. Javant is so "normal" and soothing and does not have that annoying RUclips personality where people act super hyper excited . He's nice, but not that over friendly in your face valley girl turned influencer persona. There are so many vegan and raw vegan people I want to follow, but I can only handle some of them in limited doses. With Javant, I feel calm and happy to listen.

      I have received lots of amazingly kind messages, and this is one of my favorites. I sometimes get messages from people asking why I don't smile more, and I always wonder why they don 't appreciate my authenticity. I don't attempt to "turn on the charm" or deliberately convey a certain vibe. After all, this page is not about me, it's about the recipes and empowering people to improve their food options. I am not trying to be a influencer in the noun sense .... I want to influence in the verb sense. Thank you so much for appreciating me authentically, it is so warming and inspiring!!!!

    There are so many lovely vegan recipes out there and just by chance, your channel was suggested... and I'm so glad it was ! I'm not vegan but eat no meat and not able to tolerate gluten so your recipes are perfect and just look so delicious !     I made these for dinner tonight and they were so delicious. I was worried about the pasta but it worked beautifully. I had mushrooms in my fridge that needed to be used so I served them with mushroom gravy instead of your sauce. Definitely making this again!

      Talking to the screen ... I love that! Nutritional yeast is something that I only eat when I am using for a recipe that I am posting here. It is the only thing I am aware of that will create a really cheesy flavor, which is one of the things many vegans crave for. It is a food of much debate, with lots of people misunderstanding exactly what the different types contain. Personally, I will only eat it here and there, and there is only one brand that I will purchase because it is 3rd party certified.
      Having said that ... you can use it in sauces, on popcorn, to make vegan mac&cheese, and for lots of other dishes that need a cheesy flavor.

    Oh my goodness 😮to my surprise this recipe does not have a lot of ingredients plus it looks really easy to make! See this is why you are my MosFav.     That looks amazing! For those of us who don't eat MSG, what could you use instead of nutritional yeast?

      I don't eat MSG. I buy a brand that does not contain any MSG. Glutamic acid is an amino acid, and amino acids are important for our bodies. Synthetic MSG is synthesized using natural glutamic acid that is chemically altered to become MSG which is the harmful stuff that I wouldn't consume.
      Glutamic acid in its original form is not harmful and our bodies. When it's naturally occurring, like in nutritional yeast, glutamic acid is in a bound form, which is naturally broken down into its free form so that it can enter the bloodstream and be released by the liver to be used by the brain. It's the many other forms of artificial "flavoring" and yeast extracts found in processed foods that we that contain the MSG that I make sure to avoid. My suggestion to you is to buy a brand that is non-fortified and states that it doesn't contain MSG. Thanks for asking

      @@healthyveganeating unfortunately I can't tolerate it even in it's "natural" form, especially when it's intensified as it is in nutritional yeast (that's why it's so flavourful). I'll definitely experiment with this recipe though and try to find a way around!

    The ravioli looks so light and I have never cooked a pumpkin, so that is a great use for it. Did you roast the seeds as well? Also, could a batch of dough be frozen for lazy days? Thanks Javant

      Yes, I did roast the seeds. I haven't ever attempted to freeze and thaw the dough. My intuition is that it would work, but I am not certain.
