      I think it will be a LONG time before we see competitive Mini-LED monitors.. they solve the same problem as OLED by having better black and light controls and are FANTASTIC for a TV for example due to the content delivered, but... unlike OLEDs and the Mini-LED processing definitely seems to add time to the process. Not sure how they solve controlling all the mini-LED while cycling up to really high refresh rates.. I would definitely be keen on an mini-oled if they can solve this problem!

    I think the AOC Agon Pro AG276QZD2 is something that needs to be tested as there seems to be some glaring issues with the HDR that needs to be addresed.
    I can push nvidia control panels digital vibrance and contrast to max, and it will be so dull compared to dim SDR. I also get a chunky performance hit to FPS like 450 to 300 in Ultrakill and 240 cap to 160 in Neon white.
    Additionally I can not get HDR 1000 MAX to display. Selecting it makes both my displays power loop until you can go through the menu fast enough to select off of it, which is not easy to pull off.

    • @matejnemec3022
      @matejnemec3022 17 дней назад

      Well depends on you disposable income. If you can afford buy a 4k 240hz OLED with a 3 year burn-in warranty and just use it. Worst case scenario you will have to buy another one in like 4 years. If you can't afford it, buy a fast ips if you are competitive multiplayer gamer (or maybe Samsung VA, but I still think that best IPS panels are better) or a mini-LED (probably VA) panel if you are more of a single player/casual multiplayer gamer. But overall OLED is just better for gaming in everything other than possibly brightness.

      Included microphones aren't really a thing amongst gaming monitors. it's on monitors that have webcams aimed at office use. Not to mention, a separate mic would probably be better than anything included.

    • @andyderp6473

      (Didn't realise your original message was referring to AI, i thought IA was some game i didn't know about.)
      In that case I guess you could either get one of those webcam monitors or a separate mic.

      @@luukherfst1209 he's right though. 480hz really does feel _more_ than twice as good in my opinion 😂. It hurt to return my dual mode 32" LG OLED. But you are also right that as much an advantage and massive pleasure 480hz is you don't need it for eSports as most people don't have it yet. My friend I taught is a top 500 player and only plays 1080p 120hz even

    • @ziggs123
      @ziggs123 16 дней назад

      Bro is just buying with no brain behind.
      Okay you want 360fps on 4k resolution.
      So that is minimum 7900txt, or 4080super required and all settings turned to low, if that is even achievable on 32°
      But why do you want such fps?
      For competitive gaming to have a minimal, super minimal, giga minimal lower imput lag, which 99/100 times you won't notice.
      But I have never seen a person who plays competitive at 32°

    I was kinda disappointed with this years top tier 4K OLEDs for few reasons, lack of BFI / BFI-VRR, no DP 2.1 to avoid DSC issues, so really features that are missing for no reason really. We've seen this on other monitors and slacking with this for top tier spec was kidna a miss. Last thing on top of all is very high price, €1800 in EU for me. No.
    I'm waiting to see CES soon next year and hope to see missing features added to new dual-mode monitors.
