@@matheusbastos6429 we under appreciated the F50 until researching this, really needs more mainstream recognition, anything that followed the F40 had its work cut out
F50 for looks, F40 for rawness. I'm a McLaren owner and NOT a Tifosi, but this is a FANTASTIC video. Held my attention the whole way through the end! SUBBED!
It’s honestly sad because the F50 is my most favourite Ferrari ever I honestly wish that it lived up to the F40s reputation but atleast it just shows which people are genuine Ferrari fans because half the time they would try correcting you to F40
The F50 is legit, it has its own set of insane capabilities, and when you look at it as its own thing, it is one of the great Ferrari Halo cars for sure! A worthy follow up to the F40 that didn't get the launchpad it really needed.
@@quattrocam Fr that F1 engine is insane and it’s another one of those cars that you really need skill to drive that’s basically why I love it same goes for the Carrera GT
The F50 was a great car just had very extreme styling where there was no in between, you either loved it or hated it. If Ferrari raced the F50 GT in the 1996 BPR and Le Mans then the F50 no doubt would be atleast 911 GT1/CLK GTR prices.
F-50 over the F-40 easily...so it's a smidge slower....so what? Unless you're racing an F-40, does it even matter? The F-40 looks like a toy company made it for kids, then Ferrari went "Hey! Let's make a car that looks like that!" 😆
Well, they never raced it. Go figure, all of the biggest most praised supercars of the 90's also went racing and had their own form of success on the world circuits. If you think about it, those that didn't, faded moreso into obscurity over the decades.

F40, but F50 still there on at least top 5 best ferraris, it's better than the enzo in my opinion

True, the paint looks wet and you can see the carbon fiber beneath it
F40 is flawless. F50 looks like someone forced them to over design the F40 simply because they had to.
It mightn't have been popular when new but 300 odd were only built and it has become very sort after and expensive

It wasn't a failure just not nearly as cool as the 288 or f40
