On my 23 Silverado Custom F26 is the only fuse on that block that has switched power. Every other fuse that I could tap into shows power when the vehicle is off. The prerefreshed you can move the 50 amp fuse next to it to either F27 or F28. Its the fuse for the lighter jack and plug outlet. In one position it has contant power, in the other it is switched. Now there will be an extra prong either 27 or 28 depending how you have it plugged in. You can tap into it with a spade connector and use that for power as there is plenty of free amps. Youd probably want to put an inline fuse for anything serious. I cant do it on mine cause they took that extra prong away but I saw lots of guys on forums doing this.
It's not that bad, you've learn something new and pass it on to others, we are great full for that !

No way. No electric. My vote is for the AT4X AEV or a 1970 GMC diesel restoration with lots of black exhaust.

They’ve always been great to us
Dealer opened my 2020 AT4 transmission twice. First time they replaced the wiring harness instead of the mid speed sensor that set the code. Second time they replaced the sensor. Seems to have fixed my problem so far. It would drop into fifth gear at it's choosing and stay there.
I own the 2019 AT4 and I’ve encountered the same problem the column steering wheel. But on my experience, I get the warning randomly and it goes away. It’s not consistent but I was wondering what that was too! I’m glad I’m not the only one 🤣

I have been tapping that same fuse panel on mine for the dash cam and in the next few days I’ll be back in there for the footwell lighting I’m adding.
It would be nice if GM added a 12vdc switched and a constant voltage accessory circuit inside this panel dedicated for DIY upgrades. There are plenty of unused circuits inside the panel to do it. These accessory circuits shouldn’t be monitored either so they wouldn’t be able to generate trouble codes.
The days of tapping into circuits without any care is over and even if you exercise some care it can come back to bite you.
I would be interested to hear which fuse you tapped into for your footwell lights? I'm going to be doing something similar on my 22 Silverado and was interested to hear where others were drawing power from?
That would be nice but they are definitely not going that way. I think its safer to just run relay and tap into an accessory for the trigger.
Yup, mine went back. Too much trouble trying to get the truck to be happy with is.
After talking with putco they said my 2023 AT4X has an electrical system that won’t be on other models for a couple years. They finally got it tested with a fuse under the hood, but I had already sent it back.
Ya I have a 23 Silverado and the Electrical systems are tight. You have to run a relay from the battery and tap into something like a USB or cig lighter jack fuse for the trigger wire.
Don't get the electric versions yet.. you won't be happy with range anxiety and the cost and time to recharge while traveling. Instead of a V8, I'd recommend the LZ0 3.0 Diesel.. It's not quite as fast as the 6.2, but is way more efficient and so incredibly smooooooth..
I am open the the 3.0. It was a brand new option when I ordered mine and I was nervous as it would have been the first year with them.

Hey there! Here is the first video. Then I made some modifications to them when I wrapped them black for a wider stance. Depending on tire and wheel size/offset, you may not need to trim at all like I did later on.

Unfortunately my 22 AT4 is at the dealership waiting on a new long block. 34k miles and engine died in me.
The pulsar lt started throwing a bunch of random warning messages like that before I ditched it. And I'm TOTALLY NOT judging you for not doing your own oil 😬....

I just traded my 2022 C8 HTC Z51 LT2 for a new loaded 2023 AT4. My C8 was red mist with black stripes, Vossen wheels, loaded. My Primary vehicle is a 2021 Escalade ESV. I Got a dog and the C8 was useless with no back seat and he's not going in the Esky. I am sure people will think that is crazy, but I have 2021 Harley Stage 4 Ultra limited that cries out in warm weather. I am 2nd guessing whether I should have gotten an AT4x (non AEV). I don't off road but since swapping out shocks and wheels is the 1st modification everyone does, $3k easy. I would have left the X stock aside from that. Did I blow it? I tried to trade the AT4 for an AT4x and it was going to cost me an additional $10k. It just did not make sense.
I went with the 2024 3.0L DURAMAX, I think Diesel would make for some good contentfrom you.
I am keeping my options open for the next one…

EV's are not practical yet, Battery and Range issues. Sometime, but not yet.
Not ideal where I live especially with severe winters and the drop in battery efficiency. I can’t park inside everyday either. Plus I tow and haul things 2+ hours usually, so there’s that.
