i used to watch your vids last year, i gave up. but now, i’ll try my best to do it. day 1- ✅ no difference, but the exercise is very awesome day 2- ✅ no difference also day 3- ✅ i got a bit different but almost like none day 4- ✅ i got loosed a bit weight! day 5- ✅ no difference. day 6- ❌ i had school! i didn’t have time to do it 😔 day 7- ✅ i saw a difference with my legs

@ I try to stay in a calorie deficit, and walk 5-10k steps a day, in addition to exercise. I can’t really count calories at dinner, since my parents do the cooking- but I drink a lot of water and tea to feel fuller, and curb cravings!! :) Hope this helped!!
