Pilates Lower Body Workout for Strong Glutes, hips and Thighs | No Equipment | 40 Mins

- Join me for an invigorating 40 min lower body pilates glute, hips and thigh workout which will tone your booty, sculpt your thighs and with regular practice help lift and strengthen the booty, improve hip mobility and tone the thighs. Using tradtional pilates with some of my favourite variations for when you're looking to target the key areas of butt and thighs, this will be a fun workout which may burn a little! All in a good casue of course!

This routine is hard but it is really good. Afterwards it makes me feel that I’m walking tall. It works so many muscle groups and is helping my core strength and supporting my back. Thankyou.

I just found this one. Wow! Those lateral thighs and hips burn with that last set of exercises. I’m sure it will make a positive difference in my derrière😊

Brilliant workout, surprisingly very sore the next day! Such small movements pack a huge wallop.
Loved this. So doable with the stretches in between. I do your senior classes even though im in my 40s. They really help me with aches and pains.

I don't know what you got up to over the summer but you're certainly coming up with some stuff now, Rachel 😁That was a real challenge - in a good way (mostly!!). How you manage to do all that and talk to us in such a calm, relaxed tone is beyond me - I'm huffing ad puffing and groaning and occasionally cursing, much to the dog's amusement 🥵 Thank you - a(nother) great session x

Wow🥵challenging but fabulous! I felt like I was working the all important glute, thighs, lower body, without stressing my lower back! I know how important that is, to work those areas, but protect our backs, thank you so much for this excellent session! I needed to hold a chair for the first bit (balance issues and ataxia), but you recommended if needed, so I’m very pleased I stuck with you through the whole thing - very satisfying! So looking forward to Monday’s senior sessions, those are so good and helpful, slower pace helps me be mindful and aware of what my body is feeling.😊 have a fabulous weekend!🥳🧡💛💚💙

I loved it so much for my hips. But by curling down I keep the normal gap in the lower back. Is that ok?
