      She did change and that is good. But it still does not change the fact that she, like the vast majority of public employees, will do what they are told even if it violates the law. Either because of ignorance of the law or purposefully even when they know it is a violation of law.
      People like this, in government or business, are why the cops are confident that they will not get into any trouble when they take a man whose hands are cuffed behind his back, is laying on the ground, is a threat to no one, and then press their knee into the back of the man's neck or shoulder, even for minutes after he stops breathing, just for shits and giggles. All while three other cops stand around and do nothing about the abuse happening right in front of them.

      The question, whether an act, repugnant to the constitution, can become the law of the land, is a question deeply interesting to the United States; but happily, not of an intricacy proportioned to its interest. It seems only necessary to recognize certain principles, supposed to have been long and well established, to decide it.
      That the people have an original right to establish, for their future government, such principles as, in their opinion, shall most conduce to their own happiness, is the basis on which the whole American fabric has been erected. The exercise of this original right is a very great exertion; nor can it, nor ought it, to be frequently repeated. The principles, therefore, so established, are deemed fundamental. And as the authority from which they proceed is supreme, and can seldom act, they are designed to be permanent.
      This original and supreme will organizes the government, and assigns to different departments their respective powers. It may either stop here, or establish certain limits not to be transcended by those departments.
      The government of the United States is of the latter description. The powers of the legislature are defined and limited; and that those limits may not be mistaken, or forgotten, the constitution is written. To what purpose are powers limited, and to what purpose is that limitation committed to writing, if these limits may, at any time, be passed by those intended to be restrained? The distinction between a government with limited and unlimited powers is abolished, if those limits do not confine the persons on whom they are imposed, and if acts prohibited and acts allowed, are of equal obligation. It is a proposition too plain to be contested, that the constitution controls any legislative act repugnant to it; or, that the legislature may alter the constitution by an ordinary act.
      Between these alternatives there is no middle ground. The constitution is either a superior, paramount law, unchangeable by ordinary means, or it is on a level with ordinary legislative acts, and, like other acts, is alterable when the legislature shall please to alter it.
      If the former part of the alternative be true, then a legislative act contrary to the constitution is not law: if the latter part be true, then written constitutions are absurd attempts, on the part of the people, to limit a power in its own nature illimitable.
      Certainly all those who have framed written constitutions contemplate them as forming the FUNDAMENTAL AND PARAMOUNT LAW (emphasis added) of the nation, and consequently, the theory of every such government must be, that an act of the legislature, repugnant to the constitution, is void.
      It is also not entirely unworthy of observation that in declaring what shall be the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND (emphasis added), the constitution itself is first mentioned; and not the laws of the United States generally, but those only which shall be made in pursuance of the constitution, have that rank.
      Thus, the particular phraseology of the constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principle, supposed to be essential to all written constitutions, that A LAW REPUGNANT TO THE CONSTITUTION IS VOID (emphasis added); and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound by that instrument.

      Americans are not $34 trillion dollars in debt WASHINGTON DC is $34 trillion dollars in debt, WASHINGTON DC FRAUDULENTLY has been signing Americans name to foreign loans that Americans never agreed to, never agreed to pay back because Americans didn't borrow or recieve any of that money.
      Americans pay enough taxes that are constitutional to take care of Americans, limited government, the UNITED STATES. Land taxes, federal income tax and a whole HELLUVA lot of other ARE unconstitutional taxation without representation.

      18 U.S.C. § 242This provision makes it a crime for someone acting under color of law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. It is not necessary that the offense be motivated by racial bias or by any other animus.

      I worked with those people for 25 years. I was one of those people. She did the arithmetic in her mind as she was talking. She decided that she did not want to be on tape stating that she would knowingly break the law. As a lower functionary, she is aware that her superiors would throw her away (termination, demotion, ect.) for their convenience.

      Really? We overwhelmed their military and then divided up their military leaders, scientists and engineers amongst the allied countries to let them continue making weapons of war and propaganda machines........ After executing a few people to appease the peasants of the world the rest were put on government salaries in multiple different countries.....

    If you wanna see a waste of taxpayers money strat going and keeping track of who’s working and who’s “OFF Today”. Taxpayers pay most of them salary to work everyday yet they take of several days each work and do not put in the hours they are paid for. Working 3 days a week and never will find them all at work on the same day.

    This is why there needs to be a term limit for EVERY SINGLE elected position in America. Lifetime politicians are one of the biggest problems we have. They've forgotten who they work for...take a look at Social Security vs. what the retirement for a congressman is...that will answer any questions you have.
