OK, riddle me this. Desk sergeant gives auditor a complaint form and he fills it out and turns it in and it's stamped. As chief of police I read the report, then call in officer John Doe for a conversation that goes like this. Hey John come on in my office for a second, but let's get a cup of coffee first. How's the wife and kids, hope everything is OK. By the way, one of those first amendment assholes with cameras came by and was taking all sorts of videos of our cars, and one of the poor babies got his feelings hurt and filed a complaint against you. Look, I hate those assholes as much as you do, but try to be nice next time. We don't want to get them upset again, but they hate all cops to begin with. We cool? Great, have a nice tour and we're done with this matter at this point.
So I email the auditor that he was councilled and that the books are closed on this complaint. If the auditor tries to pursue the matter, well that goes straight to the shredder.

God bless you and God bless anyone reading this! Hope you have an awesome day! Seek him while you can! Jesus is the way and the only way and he is returning soon! Whenever you think you aren't loved... Remember the ultimate sacrifice was for love! ENDING YOUR LIFE IS NEVER THE ANSWER!
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
      John 3:16 KJV
The wages of sin is death (hell) but Jesus paid our debt on the cross, for our salvation! We must turn to God and away from our sinful ways, Confess Jesus is Lord and believe with our hearts that he was risen from the dead by God, and we must be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and The Holy Spirit and live by His word and Commandments! Trust that God will help with the rest!
Seek God today before it's too late! Today could be your last day on earth!
      Have a blessed day!

What good is this law if there are absolutely no consequences for breaking this law?

    • @robertsparling

This is an area in which they have to bag their limit. It has to be shown that it is a pattern or practice. If multiple instances of this occur, the State Supreme Court will deal with the attorney, and the Governor will deal with the Mayor.
That said, this guy has a recording of the city attorney telling him that HE will not get a response. That might be actionable.

@@robertsparling What does it mean to "deal with" the person not doing the FOIA request properly?
      What can the punishment be?

    • @robertsparling
      @robertsparling 2 года назад +25

@@al1383 Worst case for the attorney would be disbarment and recommendation for criminal charges. Best case would be a finding that the claims were unsubstantiated.
For the Person who is in charge of FOIL requests (the Chief) it could be removal from office with a recommendation for criminal charges.
For the Mayor, it could be the removal from office with appointment of an interim mayor, and a recommendation for criminal charges.

I think auditors auditing year after year and not stopping has produced the most change.

There's a reason the "stars" are above that "thin blue line".
As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. The FIRMAMENT separates the "waters above" from the "waters below". Revelation 17:15 tells you, the waters, where the PROSTITUTE sits, stands for people. We must STAND UP to tyranny.

That is false, we are paid by the "Corporate Police Authority" and not by the insignificant public. They need to be educated".
I searched for this entity and find no results. These blue terrorists are the definition of an organized gang. Complete with their own gang sign patch sewn on their vests or sleeves, baseball caps, key chains and bumper stickers seen on their personal vehicles. The head terrorists spokesperson added "members are now required to be tattooed with the sign".
I did find an article from 1973 Democrat Senator admitting that each LE Dept is a private corporation. Due to the fact that there is only 2 official and legal types of of LE recognized in the US as the "only" LE....... Sheriff's and Marshalls.
For a corporation to have contact with public citizens on a daily basis, there is certain requirements that must be met 1) Depending on the objective of the Corp each employee must acquire and attend a 6 week course of training(list of courses are provided in handbook. Only 2 courses are required from the 10listed). 2) A criminal and background check. ???????????
1course seems to be a favorite, combative moves!!!!! The second is tactics used to gain entry/search. A successful traffic stop. Manipulation and intimidation technics.
There is very little information provided if this is true, however a retired former Corp CEO admitted, off record, it is a legitimate private and highly respected organization founded in the UK in the late 1800s, paid with 90% tax dollars and 10% private donations.

It's not what you say but how you say it. James, thank you for pointing out that nothing the officers were doing was illegal, but the way they made the requests would leave anyone with the assumption that they were speaking from a place of legal authority. This is why public education is so important. You did a great job of pointing that out.

Don't blame the victims. These are narcissist psychopaths that, through their inherent nepotism, have infested this city. Anyone who has been trying to get justice and a measure of change has been met by what you saw here.
People have to learn about the mental illness that misguides these people, their tactics and diagnostic displays, how there is no cure or treatment in adulthood and how the disease is transmitted via attachment-system trauma in childhood. From there, we can start to make the world a better place. Narcissism is unsustainable and the longer we take to fight the infestations the harder it will become as they persistently attack our rights, freedoms, happiness, health and prosperity while embezzling tax payers in every way possible.

They create evidence for you, not the other way around where you are providing them with information. Badge 63 is a memorial to Matthew Hazelton, K-9 officer for Dunkirk. His death was not in the line of duty. He had ALS. He was honored as being the "highest producing officer"... meaning he arrested the most people. Think about that... you are honored for putting the most human beings in cages. How about honoring cops that help their communities instead? Just a thought.

When they found out my alibi checked out, they went after another guy, only to be exonerated when his gun didn't have a firing pin.
