      The 'justice system' is bad enough in its lack of fairness. Combine that with a law enforcement community who are so criminal, so corrupt and who can and do run amok. I mean, FFS, it's been proven that there are actually criminal *gangs* in the LASD and other forces around the country yet these predators are allowed to continue to ruin the lives of people and families with no consequences. It's CRAZY!
      It's *got* to be a deliberate system on the part of the government. I mean, the proof is *everywhere* as to the criminality of the law enforcement community yet still there's no recourse for The People. I'm not big on conspiracy theories but I really believe that the government has deliberately created a law enforcement system that is well apart from the public, that knows it is despised. This way, when they are required to put down protests and unrest the badged thugs will have no problem doing so. If there was harmony between cops and the public they'd be more reluctant to follow orders to put down unrest. The government have created a new 'class' of society. The law enforcement class.

      The sad thing is half the justice system is built on lies. We are supposed to believe every Judge is Impartial and will rule fairly without bias... which is a complete joke. And we are also to believe cops tell the truth and their statements are fact when they get on the stand. It's been this way for ages. If a cop says you did something, you did it no matter what. You could be in a parked car, without any keys, heck it could be even broken and not run. Yet you will still be able to be arrested for speeding in it.

    • @ArchangelOfChaos
      @ArchangelOfChaos 8 месяцев назад +32

      I'd be more interested in seeing the sworn affidavit presented to the judge and used to justify and obtain the search warrant. If factually and materially inaccurate or made with falsified statements, either knowingly or intentionally, that would be grounds for perjury charges, which is a felony and a career ender for any LEO. Over the years I've discovered lots of trained officers who lack the necessary and pre-requisite legal training to even fully understand the laws they're supposed to be enforcing and like every profession, you have good ones who are at the top of their class and those that barely graduated. The irony is that quite a few despise accountability, due process and transparency for their actions and even the good ones are sometimes reluctant to police themselves to the same high standards expected of everyone else. More people should use video cameras to document everything. You never know when you'll need to show proof of wrongful conduct.

      But even if the Govt can't track it all down, it can be still made to be useless as evidence in court. Many cases where video proof of some one committing a crime was available, and yet the courts couldn't use it to convict some one for one reason or another.

    • @JaymeSplendid
      @JaymeSplendid 8 месяцев назад

      Its not the Judges fault. The whole thing is the BS affidavit given to the Judge, which is what this whole thing is about. They set up a fake grow house, make it a bit obvious to what Officers look for on the outside but the normal laymen wouldn't be able to recognize. They (copbusters) will then call in an "anonymous tip" of what they think may be an illegal grow house. This alone is not enough for a warrant to search. What the officers will do then is case the house on the outside, see the telltale signs that officers are trained to see etc. Then in order to get a search warrant, they need a paid "Criminal Informant" who's identity is obscured due to the ability of the public to gain all court documents once filed and becomes unsealed. They will then say that the C.I. was able to gain access to the grow room either to buy weed or whatever and was able to see the actual illegal operation in action in an affidavit in order to get a warrant.
      There never was an actual C.I. and this is a tactic this police agency has been using for YEARS, the very same agency the man from CopBusters used to work for and knows this is how they roll. They get a tip, they will then scout the area and if it looks like a grow house, they will fake a C.I.'s sworn statement of being in there and seeing the illegal activity.
      All the Judge knows is what is on the request for a search warrant that is purposefully air tight in order to get the bust, which is highly illegal but he doesn't know this.
      This was the whole point of the video.

      @CranialDamage wanton mayhem and undue punishment would put one in the wrong. Vendetta is understandable, even justified at times, but it is a wicked little seed that grows and takes over. One can either forgive and let things go, which is the hardest thing, or one can fullfill the obligation and collect the bill. Honestly, one can get back at someone without violence by causing a multitude of problems, some people trade vendettas so theres no connection and bang daughters/sons, get people into affairs, gangs and crime, some truly gnarly stuff, but in the end its a stain that doesnt wash out. Its a decision one can only make for oneself. Its amazing and scary how one gets so good at things that are so bad, its ugly and you cant tell anyone because its not fixing appliances or growing crops. Some people on here have savaged random groups of attackers while defending themselves, with dozens of them receiving punches, kicks, elbows, blades, sticks and bullets. Like a curse one gets good at stopping them, but every once in awhile one has to defend again with no end in sight. I learned to let things go and live well as revenge,but usually they end up getting got by someone else. But in those special cases where its cowards jumping, random attackers, home invaders or crooked persons trying to do awful things to the undeserving, it seems they only stop when stopped. No matter what: they have to do something to deserve what they get, otherwise its the same as what they do..

      Yolanda was put away for 10 years for a drug that does less damage than alcohol. Weed is being treated like an opioid or meth simply because back in the 70s it was an easy way for conservative politicians to rob liberals, Latinos, and blacks of their voting and arms rights. We can trace it specifically to the controlled substances act and Nixon.
      Other politicians further cracked down on drugs. Our current president spearheaded several "tough on crime" laws that have not just encouraged police to be more aggressive but even demanding out of proportion responses and tactics. Our vice president was central to California's 3 strike rule. When you're told that you will loose your job if you aren't more effective at finding people to arrest you're going to damn well arrest someone.

    i got arrested by the chief of police of my city because his daughters boyfriend said i assaulted her at school. i just wanna make one thing clear, the daughter and i were friends. the "assault" happened in the middle of a history class. nobody in that class saw or said that i assaulted her. she lied on the police report and said we were never friends, and not even the teacher or any of my classmates were made aware. i was arrested from the class two days later. charges dropped 3 months later. but they knew exactly what they were doing. with getting arrested, i lost scholarships and opportunities at the school that i had worked for for 4 years. also completely traumatized me and sent me into a downward spiral for years afterwards. ultimately i should've sued but i had no money, no power, and no evidence her father was the one that arrested me because the police department would not release the body cam or audio recordings and they illegally erased the schools surveillance of him coming into the school to arrest me without reading me my rights, making me aware of the situation of WHY i was even getting arrested. i genuinely thought someone had turned me in because i smoked weed every now and then, all of this truly came out of nowhere. her or her boyfriend at the time falsely accused me of something i would've been beaten to a pulp for had it actually went down like the police report says. you don't just assault someone in the middle of a highschool history class and NOBODY notices or makes an effort to stop me? it's just so fucked up what happened and i still have flashbacks and genuine emotional distress over everything. i wish cops could be held more accountable, because genuinely getting arrested at 17 ruined my life. im still trying to recover 5 years later with therapy, but i still miss out on scholarships and job opportunities because of something i never fucking did.
