Lysander Spooner (1870) “Those who are capable of tyranny are capable of perjury to sustain it.” “...only those who have the will and the power to shoot down their fellow men, are the real rulers in this, as in all other (so-called) civilized countries; for by no others will civilized men be robbed, or enslaved.” ― Lysander Spooner, No Treason: The Constitution of No Authority "So these villains, who call themselves governments, well understand that their power rests primarily upon stolen money. With money they can hire soldiers, and with soldiers extort money. And, when their authority is denied, the first use they always make of money, is to hire soldiers to kill or subdue all who refuse them more money." -Lysander Spooner. -The payment of taxes, being compulsory, of course furnishes no evidence that any one voluntarily supports the Constitution. It is true that the theory of our Constitution is, that all taxes are paid voluntarily; that our government is a mutual insurance company, voluntarily entered into by the people with each other; that each man makes a free and purely voluntary contract with all others who are parties to the Constitution, to pay so much money for so much protection, the same as he does with any other insurance company; and that he is just as free not to be protected, and not to pay any tax, as he is to pay a tax, and be protected. But this theory of our government is wholly different from the practical fact. The fact is that the government, like a highwayman, says to a man: Your money, or your life. And many, if not most, taxes are paid under the compulsion of that threat. The government does not, indeed, waylay a man in a lonely place, spring upon him from the road side, and, holding a pistol to his head, proceed to rifle his pockets. But the robbery is none the less a robbery on that account; and it is far more dastardly and shameful. The highwayman takes solely upon himself the responsibility, danger, and crime of his own act. He does not pretend that he has any rightful claim to your money, or that he intends to use it for your own benefit. He does not pretend to be anything but a robber. He has not acquired impudence enough to profess to be merely a “protector,” and that he takes men’s money against their will, merely to enable him to “protect” those infatuated travellers, who feel perfectly able to protect themselves, or do not appreciate his peculiar system of protection. He is too sensible a man to make such professions as these. Furthermore, having taken your money, he leaves you, as you wish him to do. He does not persist in following you on the road, against your will; assuming to be your rightful “sovereign,” on account of the “protection” he affords you. He does not keep “protecting” you, by commanding you to bow down and serve him; by requiring you to do this, and forbidding you to do that; by robbing you of more money as often as he finds it for his interest or pleasure to do so; and by branding you as a rebel, a traitor, and an enemy to your country, and shooting you down without mercy, if you dispute his authority, or resist his demands. He is too much of a gentleman to be guilty of such impostures, and insults, and villanies as these. In short, he does not, in addition to robbing you, attempt to make you either his dupe or his slave. The proceedings of those robbers and murderers, who call themselves “the government,” are directly the opposite of these of the single highwayman. In the first place, they do not, like him, make themselves individually known; or, consequently, take upon themselves personally the responsibility of their acts. On the contrary, they secretly (by secret ballot) designate some one of their number to commit the robbery in their behalf, while they keep themselves practically concealed. They say to the person thus designated: Go to A- B-, and say to him that “the government” has need of money to meet the expenses of protecting him and his property. If he presumes to say that he has never contracted with us to protect him, and that he wants none of our protection, say to him that that is our business, and not his; that we choose to protect him, whether he desires us to do so or not; and that we demand pay, too, for protecting him. If he dares to inquire who the individuals are, who have thus taken upon themselves the title of “the government,” and who assume to protect him, and demand payment of him, without his having ever made any contract with them, say to him that that, too, is our business, and not his; that we do not choose to make ourselves individually known to him; that we have secretly (by secret ballot) appointed you our agent to give him notice of our demands, and, if he complies with them, to give him, in our name, a receipt that will protect him against any similar demand for the present year. If he refuses to comply, seize and sell enough of his property to pay not only our demands, but all your own expenses and trouble beside. If he resists the seizure of his property, call upon the bystanders to help you (doubtless some of them will prove to be members of our band). If, in defending his property, he should kill any of our band who are assisting you, capture him at all hazards; charge him (in one of our courts) with murder, convict him, and hang him. If he should call upon his neighbors, or any others who, like him, may be disposed to resist our demands, and they should come in large numbers to his assistance, cry out that they are all rebels and traitors; that “our country” is in danger; call upon the commander of our hired murderers; tell him to quell the rebellion and “save the country,” cost what it may. Tell him to kill all who resist, though they should be hundreds of thousands; and thus strike terror into all others similarly disposed. See that the work of murder is thoroughly done, that we may have no further trouble of this kind hereafter. When these traitors shall have thus been taught our strength and our determination, they will be good loyal citizens for many years, and pay their taxes without a why or a wherefore. It is under such compulsion as this that taxes, so called, are paid. And how much proof the payment of taxes affords, that the people consent to support “the government,” it needs no further argument to show.

The police department investigated themselves and unsurprisingly found that they did nothing wrong. The claims against the individual officers were dismissed. It’s clear that nothing significant will happen. Many people still believe America is the “land of the free,” which is quite ironic. Meanwhile, the DEA continues to stop and unconstitutionally search individuals in airports, confiscating their money. For those few who actually know their rights and don’t waive them, the officers still have qualified immunity, and no repercussions follow, except for the taxpayers after a very lengthy and bureaucratic process.

Walmart needs to be on the lawsuit with the police as the manager is the direct and only reason he was arrested in the first place. He should be held responsible for lying to the police and libel.
Agreed. The manager lied. He is NOT management material? However, he is apparently pretty high on the scale as he told the guy he'd be trespassing at Wal-Mart's and Sams clubs. The bottom line is he was afraid to confront the guy do he called the cops and lied to them to make his ego feel good. The cops failed investigation 101 class apparently. The guys demeanor tells me that something is not making sense and hard questions are forthcoming go the manager.
NO wonder there was almost no one in that walmart and most of the cashiers werent even there... it was a ghost town... manager chases and prevents innocent people from buying things then wonders why store has no sales... Ugg ..
I seriously doubt that's valid. Just the cop saying that. He is not banned from all Walmart's or Sam's clubs. Just the one with a t.u.r.d for a manager.
I guess shopping at Walmart is a privilege.. I wonder if Walmart operators really think their customer base can't be affected by poor decisions and allowing there power tripping managers to trespass someone who just spent money at their store all bc he is dramatic, whiney, and now a full fledged liar caught on cam.. if he isn't fired yet we should Def write Walmart and tell them to please consider finding his replacement. This video shows a man in charge lying about something, just to have someone arrested and trespassed. Pure shame Walmart!!😮
After reading several comments, I've noticed something that's being missed. He took his items to checkout, paid for the purchase and was exiting the store. If he was not welcome at Walmart why did the clerk accept his money and provide a receipt? If he was committing criminal trespass and Walmart employees were in fear for their safety they should have backed away. Instead they give him a receipt that says "Thank you for shopping at Walmart". Total BS!
Assman was clearly concerned about the safety of his employees which is why he elected to tell none of them about the rocketman armed with a camo jacket and backpack.
That really gets my goad: since when are police enforcers of social decorum? There’s no law that says I can’t “act like a child.” There’s no law that says you can’t talk to the police with your helmet on….. these cops are just on a total power trip.
Exactly. In two separate instances I've had police ask me what I was doing and then as soon as I started to explain, they say "I don't want to hear your stories!"

The fact that the victim was so calm, cooperative and passive makes this is one of the most outrageous abuses of authority I have seen on this channel.
It's also a natural dynamic of psychology. Bullies go all the way when they find a compliant victim. Yeah I would have stopped talking as well. Nothing you say is going to be right. They are ganging up on you. Hope all these dudes and the manager was fired
Well, the manager might've just remembered it wrong, I don't think he necessarily had nefarious intentions. It's understandable that he might be irritated or even afraid because of the situation, and sometimes it's better to unnecessarily call the police than not to call when necessary. What the officers did, on the other hand, is a different story.
@@BlueBockser I wonder if the manager has apologised to helmet guy? He may well have just remembered it wrong but his wrong memory is what led to the eventual wrong arrest. Moreover, why was he lecturing him that it only takes 5 seconds to take it off. Is it illegal to wear a helmet in a store?

Hello ! May Allah protect and guide you to his light and happiness in this life and the hereafter, God bless, Ameen. Excuse me for giving a little presentation of Islam, because it is very misunderstood nowadays, especially on those « Antichrist's » times, where media and politics are mixed to distort history and truth. And terrorists (puppets of the Antichrist) who misinterpret verses, out of ignorance and political motivations, and take them out of historical context (just like radical atheists do by the way), don't help either. Thank you very much for your time. Islam is an arabic word that means the Surrender to the One and Only God, our Creator, Protector, Provider, who gives us life and all that we have, we are safe and sound by his will and grace, we are His and to Him we return, and we have to thank him in this trial life by submitting to him by our free will, or later in the Day of judgment when it's too late to save our own skin. Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them). Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI). Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy. Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful. Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI). Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad). Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning! Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures. Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement. It is they whose works shall come to nought both in this world and in the life to come; and they shall have none to succour them. (19-22 / Translated by Muhammad Asad).. Salam (Peace)

He can contest the TRESPASSING charge with corporate. No manager or police official can uphold a trespassing violation. I had a similar issue which I did a video. Not only the manager no longer works there, but there was no need to file a complaint with corporate. With the quick flow of changing managers, it just easy to wait it through. And, I don't know how they can enforce a no Trespassing charge for the entire walmart corporation. This is totally a violation of his rights as a consumer.

No, people distrust cops because they are the unaccountable, armed enforcers of the will of the politicians in their various jurisdictions, but they claim to be "protecting people" while taking their money & freedoms, and/or just outright killing people. "Qualified immunity" and "civil asset forfeiture" come to mind, as does the burglary of many Americans' homes by police during the hurricane Katrina evacuation. And let's not forget the "war on drugs" that has led to more innocent Americans being killed by police than police being killed in the line of duty. I say _innocent_ for good reason. Cops routinely smash down doors of people's homes in pre-dawn raids, shoot & kill the occupants, turn the house inside-out, and put the lives of all the neighbors at risk; only to later figure out that they're in the wrong house (because cops apparentlycan't read), or that the junkie they claimed as a "confidential informant" lied to them, or even worse that they've been used by some jilted ex-lover to SWAT a factory worker. Then there are the raids where they have stalked a recently-retired Marine because he moved into a house where some pothead used to live. Look that one up. Then there are the cops who kidnap & cage innocent men for losing their jobs during a government-forced economic shutdown, because those men are broke & can't even pay for food, let alone pay the outrageous "child support" that Women's Court orders them to pay. There are *plenty* of reasons to distrust cops.

Yes, and, though he isn't allowed to physically touch the guy, the manager could've been more aggressive with his attempts to get the shopper's attention; such as, waiving his arms in front of the guy's face, like an air traffic controller, etc. What if the the kid was legally deaf? Does this manager, not serve deaf customers? And nowadays, with everyone waking around wearing earbuds, talking to someone on the phone, who's not even present, and managers in wireless communication with employees, it not only makes perfect sense that the guy didn't think he was being addressed personally, but modern technology, requires a change in our approach and response to others in society. It took the longest time for me to get used to people in stores, talking wirelessly on their phones. I kept thinking they were taking to me, until I realized they were on Bluetooth. Now I, and all of society are programmed to go about minding our own business, assuming that anyone speaking, is on Bluetooth. Used to be, that if someone was speaking in your presence, yet not directly talking to you, they were assumed to be talking to themselves, and were deemed mentally unstable. Oh, how times have changed. Trespass laws require that a person be informed of their trespassing infraction. This guy didn't notice the manager addressing him, nor did he hear him speaking...the shopper therefore, remained uninformed. It's really sad that we live in an age, when we cannot seem to offer a benefit of the doubt to a fellow human being. This guy, is clearly a mild-mannered, typical young guy, oblivious to his surroundings and his own impact on, and responsibility within the context of recent events & societal concerns. He's totally focused on the task at hand, and getting to work on time. I don't see him as a threat; I see him as a kid who may need to get his head out of the clouds, and who should really be afforded some authoritative instruction, that would serve him well in the future. Unfortunately, what resulted here, only serves to encourage this young guy, to justifiably remain self-centered, and inwardly focused. A simple warning, would've gone a long way toward the kid's maturing process, and made him a better citizen, and all-around person, in the long run.

By that point, he probably kept a "hands off" approach until the officers arrived. Honestly, the manager behaviour isn't that terrible: in his place anyone would get worried. Lysander Spooner (1870)
“Those who are capable of tyranny are capable of perjury to sustain it.”
“...only those who have the will and the power to shoot down their fellow men, are the real rulers in this, as in all other (so-called) civilized countries; for by no others will civilized men be robbed, or enslaved.”
― Lysander Spooner, No Treason: The Constitution of No Authority
"So these villains, who call themselves governments, well understand that their power rests primarily upon stolen money.
They say to the person thus designated:
Go to A- B-, and say to him that “the government” has need of money to meet the expenses of protecting him and his property.

The store manager was untruthful about his story. Then he gets all tough when the cops are there to protect him. And yes, the officer is a jerk.

This type of power trip is what causes people to distrust and dislike cops.
And it's only getting worse.
I support the police but some officers like this make me realize that there are a lot of cops that shouldn’t be on the police force

How about the store manager? He deserves an F for lying to the police.

Absolutely. I've been doing this since early 2020 exclusively unless I'm forced to buy online due to no local store offering what I need. I have no regrets. Walmart is dead to me.
How is a chain of Stores at fault for actions of 1 stupid employee?
Guy literally just tells his side of the story, gets told to shut up and then get arrested for not talking.
Yep. He complies with everything, is polite throughout, is being provoked and insulted repeatedly, keeps complying, and is arrested because he complied. Something tells me he also would have been arrested if he didn't comply.
The cops response was pretty bad if the accusation that he ignored the manager was real. Because it wasn't, the cops were straight up criminals.
@@Peter-jl4ki I would have demanded my money back left the bag of goods for them to restock .
amogus be like:
Arrested for not talking? We didn't watch the same video.
@@WillMauer They were going to give him a warning, then the guy stopped talking and they arrested him just because they had the opportunity.
That rude cop has practiced that listen to learn bull crap and he finally gets to say it
He should sue Walmart for the management lying and causing all this too happened
Lmao what will that do other than waste money on legal fees?
If he had enough money to sue Walmart, he wouldn’t be doing his own shopping.
No law firm would take the case either, there wouldn’t be enough money rewarded to justify the 5years lost in “PAPERWORK” !
@@yzmoto80 yeah but Walmart would probably settle
being in the lost prevention a few times, the business is very strict on how they treat customers to prevent law suites and negative press. You are right, he should.
At least he can write the complaint letter for the act of manager.
Officer: "Shut up!"
Man: *complies*
Officer: "You're acting like a child!"
Officer you're acting unprofessional and there will be a complaint made to your superiors and my lawyer
Sounds like my wife
@@remikvalheim3431 lmao
to be honest when the guy ask him how old he is and he just go doing his copy like of the officer,it was childish,he could've just stay silent instead of acting like this, not helping make him pass that he was just a normal dude, and see, right after that the manager go "he ignored me just like how he's doing to you",not saying he's wrong for doing so cause the officiers were dumbass, but it doesn't help him in away way to act like that
@@SoulStrikes what are you taking about? At what point in the video does the guy openly mock the officer? Can you provide a timestamp?
7:48 “you’re an argumentative person”... bruh what? Mans had the calmest voice and barely got to speak...
Lol, that’s exactly what I thought! I mean who, this guy is argumentative?
listen, hard head
@@brianmac9311 your comment makes no sense...
@@brianmac9311 you looking in a mirror?
Argumentative means not saying "yes sir, how high sir"
With that attitude it should be former officer George and that manager needs to be investigated for his lies.
