...I had an incredible incident at a City Hall one time, where I had intended to record, but then I had noticed that my battery had gone out.
...I figured that nothing was going to happen, so I proceeded my visit without recording.
...I then first approached a City Hall receptionist, and I then politely had asked her a simple question.
...She then immediately yelled back at me, informing me that they had already answered my question on a past occasion.
...I then asked this employee for her name twice, as she refused to give it
.. An obese Security Guard then had overhead me asking this employee for her name, and then this Security Guard then had ordered me out of the building (world still waiting for a Security Guard that isn't Part Rat / Part Weasel).
...I usually stand my ground and wait for the Police, but I was literally very busy doing something at the Courthouse nearby, so I decided to just leave.
... Shortly after, the Police had approached me and then arrested me for "disorderly conduct" regarding my visit to City Hall.
...The City Hall employees had called the Police after I had left, and reported to the Police that I had been causing a disturbance (again, my "disturbance" had only been asking the employee for her name).
...Long story here worth telling, but the ending is that the Prosecutor charged me with the disorderly conduct.
...This incident also featured City Hall reporting that the surveillance video from my City Hall visit where I had been charged with disorderly conduct, had "malfunctioned" after I had requested this surveillance video.
I would have had my indisputable evidence to prove to the Court what really happened regarding my City Hall visit
... Then after my obscene fake trial, I was then intentionally wrongfully sentenced to 8 days in jail.
What a nightmare of an experience. Sorry that happened to you, good advice.

These people working for us forget that 1) we do not need anyone's permission to be there 2) We are the boss, not public employees, they work for us, paid by our taxes 3) the police do not get to trespass us from public buildings or remove us unless we commit a crime in the building -OR- if we stay until past POSTED hours. Any police officer that removes a person who has not committed a crime or is doing so because of how the employees feel, then that police officer commits a crime of unlawful trespass.
But if they pay taxes as well, wouldn't they be working for themselves? And since they pay more taxes than you, wouldn't that mean they should listen to themselves and not you?

Nobody ever told the Sergeant that leaning against countertops to hold yourself upright is an unmistakable sign of an undisciplined mind. The older generations would never have been seen in public propping themselves up against a wall or using any other object to hold themselves upright. He was also never taught that chewing gum nervously in public is also a sign of an undisciplined and fearful mind. He might as well be smoking a cigarette in uniform with the way he smacks his gum. To be fair the other auditor obviously belongs to the cult of the sweatpants people and presents a dismal appearance to the audience. He would present himself with more dignitas if he at least made an attempt to dress like a man and not like a boy who never grew up. Maybe that is part of the content though? If you dress, look, and act slovenly, people will be more likely to dismiss you with contempt which is good for the views on his channel. Nobody likes to see a government agent being dismissive, even if the dude is dressed to be dismissed immediately upon contact.
