@@BrooklynBalla am from the UK, I read that the federal one can't be removed. State one can be removed, which also means they have to take liability insurance. And at the beginning of all this, the cops were reacting like they had no immunity, then found out they still had it, so became bad as they normally are
For anyone who thinks that Qualified Immunity has been “abolished” in any state, I encourage you to read some on the articles that explain the different acts in NM, CO, CT, NY. You’ll be surprised at how limited the so called “abolished” qualified immunity really is.

...And if that is so, the State Courts are corrupt.

When they refused to issued a written trespass notice they knew they were in the wrong. They realized their trespass order was illegal and did not want to provide you with written evidence of their unlawful orders.

They dont even know if i needed something unrelated to this... The issue is they really don't care if i needed something else... Don't make the mistake and think this is about America guys, this is about our future no matter where you live on our precious planet.
Just wondering if you had some time to answer a couple questions. I hear quality of life is vastly increased on the other side of the pond, barring the theocracies and Asian nations. I know that's a hard topic to pin down as you live there and don't live in the states.
But I have heard great things about the way citizens are treated over there. A lot of paid time off, sick time, maternity/paternity leave and good school lunches. Kinda the way the US USED to be.
My mom was a school bus driver and my dad a steel worker and we were lower middle class. Not hurting for money but not rich either. But my parents would get over a month paid time off, good health insurance and they were union jobs so job security.
Flash forward to today, I'm a Registered Nurse with no health care benefits (cause you're required to work over time and in awful conditions if you want it and even if you do it's still crappy health insurance) They act like you're breaking the law when you need to take a day off! And my current CEO just punished me by cutting my hours down to 24/week because I asked to be paid what they're paying a new grad nurse. I've been a nurse for over 20 years. They asked me to take a different position when half our nurses walked out. So it was a different location and literally triple the work of the new grad nurse.
Told her I would take the position with triple the work if they pay me a dollar more an hour, which is what they pay the new grad nurse. She said "No. Do you still want the position?" I said.. "I'll think about it".
Went home and told my son "you watch she's gonna punish me for not giving them an answer right away." Sure enough, came in for my shift the next day and was told to punch out and go home and my hours were now cut.
And that's just one example of how crappy things are here in the states even with expensive degrees.
So I'm wondering..
*Are there better working conditions there?
*Is health insurance dependant on your job and is it affordable?
*Do you get plenty of paid time off/maternity/paternity leave and pay?
*Do you have unions or do you guys deal with what I described above?
Oh and no more pensions.

Sorry I know that's a lot but I've been seriously thinking about telling my son to move over seas for better quality of life. Appreciate any input you have. Thank you!!

Did that officer give her everything but her license to make her think he was finished and she could go, but kept her license so he could claim that she left before he completed his stop. Deliberate action on his part.

I don't think a Sheriff can legally trespass a person from all County property. They didn't even articulate a reason to trespass James from the Sheriff's office. They cannot trespass him for being a journalist and asking questions.
