      That's how departments say "never had a complaint filed", it is because they won't take them or they throw them away. A record should be available online of every complaint and it's current disposition including any settlements.

    The idea a regular patrolman gets $192,000 annually is ridiculous. That's 4-6 times as much as most teachers. 2-3 times as much as most nurses.

    I once tried to file charges on an officer and an officer at the city police station escorted me out and told me that if I didn't leave now he would find some reason to arrest me. That's how shit goes when you don't have a camera.

I took my complaint straight to the mayor, who is head responsible for security of the municipality in my country.     A patrolman making $192,000 a year while teachers with 20 years service have to buy buy pens and notebooks from their personal funds and have to wait tables in the summer to supplement their incomes. This whole system is rotten.

    Auditors need to start having hidden cameras. Let the cops think they stole your phone or visible camera and see what they do when they think they aren’t being filmed.

    $200k a year. That's a tempting job to take for an honest person even with all the bad people you have to deal with daily. That's 4 times more than I made in my best year. I didn't even get a pension. I never knew cops made that much. I know small town cops make a lot less.

    Always hire attorney, file lawsuits, refuse generous settlement offered, go to trial, two years from now enjoy your well deserved judgement.
    Always record police to livestream or cloud in case they destroy your phone/camera and choke you to death, or beat you. Another photographer out of site is golden.

    This is how you do it in the 21 st century. Uploads. Supervisor won’t take the complaint…..send it out to the public. All the raw video. It’s never going to stop so these clowns should quit and find another job, but losing the pension? If they do this, get filmed, think they can get away with it, go to court and lose the pension….that is the work of a savage auditor. You are master level.
