I spent 2 weeks in an inpatient PT/OT facility this summer learning to stand/walk again after a lengthy hospital stay, and they would play your videos in group PT sessions. Once I got home I made a point of finding you again on YT and your videos have helped me so much every day! Thank you for what you do for everyone. You make such a positive difference in so many people's lives.🥰

Oh yes, for sure. If you head to the main channel page, you'll see titles of 'videos', 'playlists', etc. In the playlists, you'll find videos categorized into levels (I create 3 levels: gentle, beginner and intermediate). Once you know which level works best for you, go into that playlist and then you'll see a variety of workouts from 10 minutes to 90 minutes in length. There are lots to choose from:)
