Nice work, Love the Honda beam frames/ Sw/ arms on this period Hondas ( Ref 929 F/Blade) Thanks for taking the time/ effort to upload/ share. Appreciated
Great to see the bike back on its wheels again. Just one thing to spoil your day, the rear disc is on the wrong way, the holes should be going in the other direction.
🤦🏼♂️ this did indeed spoil our day 😂 Now rectified and you win the prize of eagle eyed joe. Obviously this was a strategic plan to see who was actually watching! Joking apart chief, thank you very much! 🙏👍
Lovely stuff chaps! I've only ever worked on upside down forks so it's interesting to see how it differs on conventional ones. Looking forward to seeing the engine back
Looking good dom, price soons up on those bolts just put a few orders in myself, you was probably cheaper buying ti disc bolts! 😂 need to get mine rolling by the end of the week! 👊🏻👍🏻
Cheers chief! They certainly do mount up. It’s all the little bits that cost. We will just have some of those and some of them and all of a sudden another chunk spent 😂
@@raceandretrowould be a lot easier if parts were readily available. This is only a dream here in New Zealand. At 47Yr old, I'm still restoring a '64 Ducati Mountaineer 100 that I started when I was 13. LoL still searching for the tail light/number plate mount and rear mudguard. Carrier rack. Front headlight bulb, a Leuci 25/25 6volt.
@russcole5685 😂😂 since 13! That’s some commitment 👏🏻👏🏻 We really do hope that you find the rest of the parts. Let us know if you ever do. Cheers for the comment 🙏👍
@@raceandretro thanks 👍. It's cost me nothing but time. Converted Suzuki forks to fit. Modified a Yamaha piston to work. Made sprockets from industrial blanks. Just used what machine tools available from what ever job I had at the time. Labour of love, as it's not worth a lot. It just sits there until I find something that will work. Then a bit more gets done. LoL 🤣. Have a great year.
Soon Jimmy! We promise. The engine is back ready to go so won’t be far off a first start. We do have a video about the ultimate track day bike? Out very soon too. We are all good and hope you are too 👍👍
We do openly admit to being novices, Episode 1 if you need a recap. However, we have managed to get this far, so must be picking something up. Appreciate the comment though and we promise to become experts as soon as possible.
Great series and good work, fellas! It’s refreshing to see guys having a laugh as well.
Thanks buddy! Laughing at our own cock ups is part of the fun. Appreciate the nice comments 🙏👍
Folk tossing a good work a job well done

Claw hammers are for carpenters...
You have a great surname for a hammer spotter 👍
It's like watching the apprentice at work. He thinks he knows what he's doing but is actually clueless.
