  • At just 26 years old, Max Verstappen has already carved out a place in F1 history, winning more Grand Prix races than all but two drivers ever. He’s not just one of the best-he’s a phenomenon on the track. Max can clinch a victory no matter where he starts on the grid, not just from pole position. He seems to know exactly where to go, making every move look like it was meant to happen. But Max didn’t just wake up one day with these abilities.
Here is the Untold Story of Max Verstappen.

Max Verstappen is undoubtedly the best driver/racer we have in modern-era racing. He is sure to break all the records one day. 🇳🇱🔥 #madmax

My only thing is something I see with most RUclipsrs when it concerns Jos. They always use Brasil 1994 as example how "Jos was maybe not the best driver" while Jos was literally the victim inf that race. Eddie Irvine got a raceban for that move. I know it looks spectacular but it paints a false narrative. Don't get me wrong, I am not defending Jos as being a great drver, he was mediocre at best (but still with 2 podiums he has more podiums than say...... Hulkenberg) but using this footage is doing him dirty imho. For the rest of the video, no complaints, I would say it is as accurate as an "outsider" can get it.

Even your comment is doing Jos a bit of a disservice. This was the era when the car for the lead driver was still better than the other car in smaller teams. He had a certain teammate called M. Schumacher so naturally he got the 2nd car. In the rain however Jos was one of the quicker drivers. He wasn't WDC material by any means, but he could have gotten some wins in a good car.

@@suckieduckie heheheh you are very correct, Jos was no slough in the wet. Thank you for adding. A much better reply than I usualy get when I say smething positive about Jos in a comment on youtube.

@@mavadelo Half of the comments about Jos are used to slander Max indirectly most of the time. Even in the Netherlands people act like he was always crashing and ending up in the gravel. While he did end up in the gravel a few times, he wasn't in there more often than other midfield drivers.
      Cheers!

Jos was a much better driver than the stats show. His problem was his first seat next to a legend in the making in Michael Schumacher. In his first season he was not even supposed to be racing, hè was a test driver. With a more regular build up from his career, he would have been able to learn in the shadows before moving to a top team and win races. He's surely no less then Bottas, Barrichello, Button or Montoya

@@Brian-tr7gz I agree Jos had some bad luck during his career and probably would have done better given the chance. I think he would have made a good midfield driver. Sadly we will never know if he was on the same level as those mentioned but I think you are not far off. With how he prepared Max that certainly seems plausible.

Yet another excellent tribute to possibly, one of the greatest F1 drivers, in F1 history. The RB team has a unique unity with Max, who is able to communicate problems in a way that helps the team understand the potential problem so that they can find solutions.

Sophie's talents are undeniable, but how much his mother's input fuelled his career is largely unkown as far as I know. The funny thing is, that it's common knowledge that Jos is the 'rich daddy' enabling Max career, while it is his mother's family where the real wealth is situated in his family.

NIce to see Jos get some well deserved credit. He's been villified a lot as of lately, and the narrative surrounding him is clearly a negative one. Sure, the man is not without his flaws, but who is? To his credit, he acknolwedged the mistakes he made and learnt from them. And was determined not to let Max make the same mistakes. We all now how it turned out now, but I still hate to see Jos' (sometimes harsh) determination and commitment to Max' career disrespected. Thank you.

In Hungary, we believe that the RB team will unleash the full potential of the amazing RB 20 where Max will easily win and Checo will regain the form he had during the first 5 races, this season.
