🎸Hey! if you haven't watched, I have a video on instantly converting audio to MIDI → ruclips.net/video/MbiQzNPIWWg/видео.html

BTW the fun song I used in this video was made by my good friend Christian Richardson. Song name is Hazy. Check out his album "A Handful of Sporadic Demos" for a bunch of cool riffs! :D
I vote for MKSlicer video, if have some spare time for it of course
Omg! You actually listened to my request, thanks a lot!!!
yess!! happy to do so 🥰
You're the man bro! thank you.
Legendary as always!!!
thank you soooo much!
and the 3d method is a track template "Multi-band gate for audio drums to MIDI conversion" which can be found on Stash
thank you for bringing this up! had no idea, just tried it and it's very clever :D
I think for electronic producers this is super helpful to get MIDI out of drumloops real quick~
DUDE THIS SOUNDS SO COOL WHERE CAN I FIND THE LINK TO THE FORUM POST
@@aryabanerjee1179 there's no forum post, open the Stash page and run the search using the template name provided in the original post
Cool! Thank You!
thank you soo much!!
THANX! This is it! ))
oww nice!! amazing :D
Greta work man
thank you sooo much!!
And again a very informative video! I like the way you explain things to us! If you create a video about the mk slicer soon, I will honour it with a coffee! ☕️
aw thank you soo much 🥰 very motivating to hear really!
Sir you are doing great job, i always see your video on youtube. please make a detail tutorial on Reacomposer.
Another method i've used is using Dynamic split, once you get the sensitivity right, tick the create Midi item checkbox and split.
The only other thing to do is make all the midi notes the same note and you're done.
I'll give these other methods a go for sure. Cheers!
Yess!! That's a good one :D very similar to mk slicer workflow ~
I was so happy when you teach me about 2nd time render possibilitie.. This was really useful. If I can ask another question:
Perhaps you can advise on how to export MIDI clips in such a way that when importing them back into Reaper, they remain the same length. Currently, I'm puzzled why some MIDI clips are shorter when re-imported than they were originally. Surely, there must be some trick here that I'm not immediately grasping. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
Love your vids. I also subd! Quick question. I have a midi keyboard and I love the sounds on the keyboard itself. How do I get those sounds to midi in reaper. Thanks for the help and great job
Hi Alejandro, I cant find the action that you run at 6:24 (show only tracks selected) is a custom action that you made? Thanks!
Hello John!! Good question, I talk about it in here → ruclips.net/video/eS2ij6B9RSw/видео.html
First comment*
But also thank you for making this! I was hoping a drum video would follow the previous instrument to midi video!
aaa thank you so much nick!! these comments are motivating ✨
do you know how I can set one shot instrument samples on the Reaper sampler, so that all notes have the same length?
👏👏👏👏
I need help, i record my acoustic drum set, but o want yo reenforce the sound with wave's Mike mangini kit, the Is a way to do it? Anda maybe use ir un live performance?
Cool video! What was the action you used to hide all the other tracks, and only show the kick?
thank you!! I made a video about this action you can find here → ruclips.net/video/eS2ij6B9RSw/видео.html
@@Reapertips That's perfect! Thank you 😊
I was hoping there is a solution for converting the whole drum set in mono wav to midi, but probably it's simply not possible.
I would do this with MKSlicer. Simply duplicate the item for each piece you want, then using the filters to only get those markings. For example, kick can be 10hz to 80hz, snare can be 150-400, hihat can be 10k and so on!
There's also this multi-band gate for audio drums to MIDI track template that someone just mentioned in the comments, it's very clever and does a similar thing! → stash.reaper.fm/v/48244/Multi-band%20gate%20for%20audio%20drums%20to%20MIDI%20conversion.RTrackTemplate
@@Reapertips that is a super idea! Thank you for the tip 🙏 I will definitely try that.
I don't know where the drums are on reaper 😦 I can't find any instruments actually. I have no idea what I'm doing! 😄 help meee lol
MKSlicer video please!😊
Also what script you use to show only selected tracks?
Helloo. I talk about it in here → ruclips.net/video/eS2ij6B9RSw/видео.html
This is great but what I need to know is turning a full drum track into midi. Is it possible to do this if you don't have the tracks separated? That's the video I need.
Thank you! In this case, I would do this with MKSlicer. Simply duplicate the item for each piece you want, then using the filters to only get those markings. For example, kick can be 10hz to 80hz, snare can be 150-400, hihat can be 10k and so on!

@@Reapertips ok thank you. I will give it a try and see what I can come up with.
im sorry but i follow all the instruction and i can find the mk slicer.
