Maria!!!! I love this! Being a 28 year USAF veteran and spending some time in a launch facility I just can't tell you how much this brought back so many memories! Breaking codes and practicing to launch the missiles got to be VERY boring but seeing this warms my heart! You stayed in a silo that ensured our freedom during the cold war!

When I was in college we used to sneak into an abandoned underground missile base. It was very cool but in retrospect not the smartest or safest thing to do.

Interesting. I worked in a place with 3.5 foot doors weighing 23 tons, two sets, only 1 door could be opened at a time, go thru it, big area that lead to a second one. You had a blast

I’d sleep on top of a mountain as long as there is fresh air & open space.
