Der wahre Goliath der Violine. Ich habe mir nur noch einmal diese Dvorak VC in voller Länge von Veriko Tchumburidze angehört. Einfach wow! Zertifiziert intergalaktisch! 🌹 In der Tagalog-Sprache bedeutet P.I. 36:01-36:12
Quite a different interpretation of this concerto by Ms. Tchumburidze, a bit more "eastern" quality to it, and very appropriate I think. The greatest music can quite easily and beautifully come through quite different interpretations.
Growing up and studying music history and composition the going theory was that Dvorak mixed in ethnic or folk elements into his music, I think listening to this piece it is clear that in his growing up he clearly heard Jewish, Gypsy, and folk players and incorporated what he heard, bringing out the best of this adaptable instrument. Uncle Pen, The Chieftains, all in rich folks traditions.
Remarkable player . This and his piano concerto never great audience favorites like the eternal cello concerto . The motif in the 3rd minute exposition could have been used to make this a concerto tobe played as much as the Beeth or Mendellssohn or the other beloved benchmarks. I hope the Wynston Marsalis concerto becomes as famous as it deserves to be ! The Stravinsky overshadows everything like the Sibelius but it is modern in ways Sibelius would never attempt or seemed to want to . The LIGETI!!!! William Bolcolm and Rochberg violin concerti are the Beethoven concerti of the post WW2 20th century
A wonderful violinist but some of the richness of sound she displayed in competition is lacking. I don't know whether it's nerves but I hope she can get back that huge luscious sound she once produced

35: 54的錄音出了什麼事? 否則我建議NAXOS買下版權出版 !
