If im not wrong, people do not usually extract cacao water since that pulp is very important in the fermentation process of the beans. If you take that away, the end result of bean fermentation would not have the same effect. The chocolate would probably taste more sour.
before i watched this, i saw a whole video of how homemade chocolate was made, and when they let those seeds ferment, the liquid drips down to a bucket . And frm there u can just drink it, supposedly its suppose to taste like jolly rancher 👀
When I was young I didn't know chocolates came from the seeds of the cacao pod lol. I only eat the flesh and throw away the seeds, and when someone told me chocolates came from those seeds I tried biting it and it was so bitter, I thought they were lying.
here i Belize its common for us too to grow and harvest them. the Mayans (my grandparents)would dry the seed and grind it add water. there you go, cocoa drink, just add sugar, no milk, and it's a little spicy, but hella fine
Fun fact: cocao originates from mexico and central america and they didnt have milk. So before the columbian exchange where they got milk they used chilé instead. And also it was drank and used for medicinal purposss
Make sure you guys get fair trade cacao, cocoa, and chocolate because fair trade gives the farmers fair wages. It might cost more, but please help out those farmers.
One of these days he's gonna make a whole child out of those cacao pods

Please never end this series, it is so satisfying!
Never thought a bar of chocolate
Would make a "ting" sound
Nick just makes the kind of video's that are short, informative and entertaining at the same time
His loops are so satisfying
I remember another person commenting for him to make water from scratch! 😂 there you got it! 😆
Mans said KARATE CHOP!! Lol 😂
Nick has just found the cure for food scarcity . "It's been cacao pods all along".
The world is running out of chocolate faster than we can produce it so yeah no
Cacao beans actually taste really good. The jelly on the outside of them are soooo goood
This guy is a legend. He inspired me to start cooking and now I love cooking its just so fun, so thank you Nick I truly love ur vids😀😀😀
No one can ever replace coconut water it's the best
Nick is the one that inspired me to cook.

I was so confused by the title at first lol 😂

@@roseliae i thought he was gonna make actual water that has not taste l o l
How you loop your videos seems beyond impossible! But oh so satisfying and impressive!
my friend once went to peru and brought back one for us to try- the pulp was so good it tasted like a jolly rancher
When he broke the chocolate bar that sound was so satisfying
One day he will create a whole building out of cacao pods.
Nick:"This is the new cacao water"
Also Nick:"karate chop the cacao pod"
He said this is the new coconut 🥥 water
Congrats to everyone who doesn’t give a crap that you’re early
beu
That'll be me lol.
This is just as cringey as those comments.
mans made 52 comments like these, so pathetic i almost feel bad

That is awesome. Thanks for showing us
That loop was smoother than butter
The way he holds food and stuff with both hands is so unique and interesting to me idk why
Is noone gonna talk about how he karate chopped the damn fruit covering which is hard as hell.
Man, makes me wanna go back to my grandpa's land... they have 100s of cacao trees... delicious
Where is your grandpas land located?
One day he’s gonna make a roast chicken with potatoes, all from a cacao pod
0:14 is no one gonna talk about how the chocolate sounded like metal when he snapped it
When I was young I didn't know chocolates came from the seeds of the cacao pod lol. I only eat the flesh and throw away the seeds, and when someone told me chocolates came from those seeds I tried biting it and it was so bitter, I thought they were lying.
same bro
Can we talk about how crazy clean that loop was????
Day 35: reminding nick that he broke his vanilla extract jar

Me: now I am suddenly interested
Reminds me of my Dad's Cocoa Farm
I'd love to go back there 🤩
Where is the farm?
Ngl I thought he was gonna make cacao powder and add it to water lol
I am watching from 3 years but this video isn't ending...😂😂😂❤
“Mmm...this is definitely fruity”
Fruto lindo demais 🤠🍫
Are we gonna ignore the fact that he pronounced it "ca-cow" instead of "coco"? Alright then.
Because, it is…
Cacao is proucouned C a cow lol
Instead of roasting people with dog water, I’m not gonna use cacao water
It’s an honor to be early
mhm
It certainly is
0:14 my man broke the 4th dimension with that snap
Cacao pods look so pretty
Ngl these look like the seeds from the first episode of Rick and Morty.
You can actually scrape the thin layer of the rind inside and eat it. As well as suck on the white pulp of the seeds
0:10 that karate chop was clean
Bro that chocolate snap is so satisfying
Looking inside of it, I keep thinking: “The mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell”
I would love to try all the foods he cooks
I like the loops on your videos
I’m literally making the water right now!!! And preparing my chocolate!!! ❤
You can just suck on the seeds. Its kinda slimy but it's really good. We eat cocoa all the time in Trinidad. Very delicious.
Thank you for the science
Fun fact: its the old chocolate that tastes bad that comes from those (correct me if im wrong) their is a reason its called milk chocolate
Do some dessert with Blue Java, I’d really _really_ like to see that
Fun fact: cocao originates from mexico and central america and they didnt have milk. So before the columbian exchange where they got milk they used chilé instead. And also it was drank and used for medicinal purposss
That is the best description of a taste
The chocolate snap was so satisfying
These look cute!
Coconut: I have the best fruit water!
