120ml cold water
2 tbsp. Of lemon juice
150g sugar
3 tbsp. Of corn starch

I had some lemon curd and no lemons so I use lemon curd instead and I would have to say it was the best thing I could ever did so if you have it try melting two tablespoons of lemon curd per 2 cups of cherries
