425 for how long? Made a wreck of that pie crust edge.
The whole reason I watched this was to see how long to cook it and you never said
Usually 20-25 minutes at 425, then turn down to 375 for another 30 minutes or so, just before you turn the heat down, wrap the outer edge of the pie with tinfoil, to avoid burning the edge... enjoy!
The best way to handle cold crust is to let it come to room temp before working with it, so it doesn't crack or break.
I would put aluminum around the edges. Looks yummy & easy!! Thank you!! 😋❤

why does the pie crust look like dough??? a tip you can buy a rubber circle to put on your pie crust or use foil to keep it from browning too early

I never thought of just buying ready made dough, it takes so much time to make the dough and mix mix.. on the last part, I just use fork to close the ends.. very nice sis 👍

Wow... that was frustrating to watch. Gloves, for some reason, and they didn't even fit. Didn't bind the crust together. The crimping was a disaster. No even spread of the sugar/milk. No protection of the crust for baking. And to top it off, the first piece was dug out with a spoon. To each their own though I guess.

Gloves that fit. Let crust warm up makes it easier to handle and you can crimp edges without dough breaking.
