    I was hoping one of the endings the Queen of Hearts mentioned were true too. Like the people placing bets on the “citizens”.

      Yea I thought it'd be like a Cabin in the Woods or Hunger games type thing

      The placing of bets story was a bit too Squid Game for me, I would have been disappointed if that was the ending.

      Players weren't citizens. Citizens are survivors of their own game, and they were watching players from the underground office, no doubt they bet on some players

      @@EvenBadWolvesGaming Yeah, I completely agree. My mum and I watched AIB together and agreed that that ending would be too 'Squid Game' 😅

    In the show arisu had been in the game over 2 weeks by the time he got to "the beach" probably 4 weeks by end of game. So he would have been dead 1.5 to 2 minutes at the 7-10 day per 30 sec, but he was only "dead" for 1 minute according to his brother

    How does the people studying the victims know that they went to the Borderlands in the first place since its all in the victim's mind and they forgotten the events after some time ?

      Some of the survivors of Alice in Borderland regained their memories and were able to recount what they had seen in the Borderland. They came to the attention of a neuroscientist who happened to be the brother of Mira, and who wanted to find out what happened to his sister and the other's.

      I would think it is a lot like dreaming. When you wake you might have memories of the dream, but these fade really fast and after a little while you cant remember anything. But some, you might remember later by something that triggers from the dream. Could also be a kind of Deja Vu that triggers the memory.

    I thought ending will be that there were a game made by humans and when you join they wipe some days of your memory so you have no idea that future you joined the game and you play the game and after death you wake up again.

    How citizens came there

    • @EvenBadWolvesGaming
      @EvenBadWolvesGaming  4 месяца назад +2

      The same way as Arisu. The citizens had their own near death encounters and came to the Borderlands as players. They then won their game and chose to become citizens.

    The frigging ending of this serie..... "it was all a dream" is so moronic. All those mechanics were not even hinted at.

      I didn't mind the ending, though I had read the manga before season 2 came out so I knew it was coming. The manga series provides a lot more context than the show, especially in Alice on Border Road.

      it would be so much better if they left out the meteor thing . and everyone just return to their lives not knowing how they came back or what happened .

    • @EvenBadWolvesGaming
      @EvenBadWolvesGaming  Год назад +19

      @@mostcomplicatedman8115 the Borderland is meant to be the state between life and death so while it didn't have to be a meteor there would need to be some incident and for the number of people needed for the card game it would had to have been big. They could have done and earthquake or tsunami for example but that may have felt too close to home, where as a meteor strike is something that no one would have experienced so wouldn't be controversial or triggering.

      I think it was on point, for example a teen who got on an accident on a motorcycle experience comatose and after sometime actually feel like he's just casually walking around on an endless plain and thinked that it was only for a second
