    This video is gold, especially for beginners! I can do a butterfly, Iguana and bow & arrow, but I don’t know how to use my muscles for handsprings.
    I didn’t know how to use my resistance band correctly for handspring conditioning.
    The explanations are very good. I did this workout yesterday and I think I felt the right muscles and used them. It will get better every time.
    Thank you!!

I was just trying to learn these things but didn't have a clue on how to exercise precisely to lean into it gradually. Thank you so much for the time you take to explain every detail on what to feel working and how to get it to work correctly, it truly helps and most times not even live teachers do that!

    I’m ordering a few sizes of resistance bands now! 😊
    Your videos are so great! You have helped me so much! I have been dancing for years and I just never thought I would be able to do pole tricks. Your videos are great, I did gymnastics for several years in my adolescence and I really appreciate that you stress the importance of conditioning and stretching. A lot of people don’t stress the importance and you try to do tricks that are clearly out of your strength and hurt yourself. (Which happened to me)
    Thank you so much for your videos!!! When I get back to work I will be donating to your channel ❤️

    I love the exercises, I'm currently doing them all :3 When training the shoulder mount, my muscles where the pole pushes in really hurt. Is it because of tight muscles? Do I need a massage? :D
    Or is it normal that it hurts at first?

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  4 года назад

      You can feel pain on the trapezius muscle is, if thats the case then yes it hurts, the only way to ease the pain is consistently doing the exercises and try to get used to it.

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  4 года назад

      But massage as well is always a good idea, I would suggest all the pole dancers to massages every week.

    This is so helpful, thanks a lot for all your videos! How do we chose the most suitable resistance band for these type of exercises, for example for a beginerr-intermediate level?
    Thanks :)
    Also there is another wonderful video of yours about shoulder mount conditioning but the audio doesn t work, is there any updated version on it?

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  3 года назад +1

      I suggest the thicker band the better, maximum for best support.
      Yes that video unfortunately broke, not sure why. But I will make a newer version with audio definetely. Thank you💜

    • @AneteBlaua
