Omg this is exactly what I was looking for! Everytime I go to classes it seems very random to me what we are taught. Worse we don’t learn many of the foundations necessary to execute on the particular combos the teachers tell us to do. Thank you so much.
Youre amazing!! I am pole dancing for a year now and I did a bit of research of what kind of pole to buy for my home, and then I ran into you and this amazing video! I see myself coming back to your pole dance curriculum so much in the future, I looked for something like this for a long time🎉❤
I am so grateful for his video you provided! There are no pole studios where I live, so this guide is a much needed help on my self-taught pole journey. Thank you so much! 🙏
Miglena, this is amazing. Thank you for the curriculum. I agree with the insight that every studio is set up differently. I decided to leave my old studio and take your classes because you are very thorough in your explanations and examples of how to properly learn the techniques, while maintaining safety! The way I was being taught to invert was not in stages that built up my ability, muscle strength, and core. When I saw your progressions, I knew I wanted to learn in this manner. Thank you again! ❤
Aww Happy to hear that you‘re taking my classes and making progress. Finding a teacher and a teaching style that speaks to you and works for your learning style, is so important.
Thanks for the clip, very structured! (And yet another argument that I have a great instructor on my way from complete beginner to advance over the past 4 years :D)
This is amazing! I joined a studio and they asked us to try an invert in the SECOND beginners class. 😣 I was feeling so discouraged but I realize I really need to work on basic upper body strength. However, when I do these strong grip pole conditioning exercises I find that I “swing” around the pole if that makes sense. I can’t hold nice and steady. Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone have this problem? Thanks for the amazing video, will subscribe ❤
This is amazing. I've been trying to create a class plan for the next couple of months but I didn't know where do start. Thank you so so much for this🥰❤❤❤
Great video and advice! I went to the website to get the curriculum guide. 😊 I’ve been poling consistently for 2 years now and am ready to move from beginner to intermediate, but have been a little unsure as to what to work on next exactly. It really does take time like you said, as I’ve been focused on steady, linear growth to prevent injury and interruptions in my pole journey. Thank you! ❤
Awesome! Progressing towards intermediate level is a big step. Happy to hear that you‘re taking it mindfully, at your own pace. It‘s actually it‘s own level - beginner/intermediate, rather than a sharp level switch.
Thank you for sharing this video as reference. I find it very helpful when trying to see where I am in my journey, and also helping me create some new pole goals.
Que maravilloso regalo!!!!😻 Gracias Querida Miglena! Aprendí mucho contigo y con seguridad en los movimientos♥ te admiro tantisimo, tu tecnica, tu fluidez y humildad para enseñar. Me enseñaste a volar 🕊. Tus clases se encuentran en mi carpeta virtual llamada "Los Tesoros de Miglena" 🔝❤

I love the PSO levelling system personally.
Thanks for the tip! Do you know where I can find their levelling system?

Sister, I would like to learn pole dance but for now I haven't had a pole in my house, any training I can do without having a pole?
