Just got a pole at home and was unable to remember the warmup from my lessons 😂 I decided to head to RUclips and this was the first one to show up, and has been amazing since!❤ It isn’t too strenuous and doesn’t make me want to take a break every couple of minutes! This channel is also extremely helpful for learning new moves so keep it up! 0:25

Working on your leg flexibility will help. You can do dragon pose and lizard pose to help you with that one. Those poses are basically what she's doing you just stretch in that position.

Hello! The intermediate level can also use the same warm-up and just add intermediate pole conditioning after it. Also, to make this warm-up more difficult, you can repeat the plank exercises more for example and add some extra power exercises.
