    Ingredient :
    1 cup Sprouted Green Moong
    1/3 cup Simolina / Sooji
    1/3 cup Jowar flour
    1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves ,
    4 Green Chillies
    1 inch Ginger
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    1/2 cup Water
    Salt , or to taste
    Oil , for shallow frying
    Coconut chutney Ingredient required:
    1 Coconuts 3 tsp
    2 Roasted peanuts 3 tsp
    3 cilantro 1/2 cup
    4 Green chili 4 pieces
    5 Cumin seeds 1 tsp
    6 salt 1 tsp
    7 Lemon juice 1 tsp
    8 Curry leaves 6 pieces
    9 mustard seeds 1 tsp
    10 oil for frying / Tadka 1 tsp
