      Chill Studios nah if u working out once a week it’s gonna b a couple months before u see any real noticeable changes because the frequency is way too low for hypertrophy to be optimized.

    Stretching actually decreses strenght before training and increases risk of injury. A dynamic warmup is what you should do

    Btw Cash, if LSK has a knee injury then he shouldn't be doing leg extensions, they can be a great and safe exercise, but you should avoid them if you have any existing knee injuries because it puts lateral forces on your knee and strain on the ACL

      Isaac Edwards there are different meanings behind progressive overload lol. You can progressively overload your sets your workout regimes week by week or month by month. It can’t just be held in one category

      Glen Butler came to say yessir fax you can progressive overload over your sets and do the same for your weekly, monthly, and yearly progress. Its literally like doing a set of 10 with some 20lb dumbell and moving to 25lb dumbell then 30 on your last set. Its good for overall strength increase and the best way if your trying to get strong and build musle

    For all you athletes wanting to learn more about how to train your athleticism (and if cash is reading this) I really think you’ll guys like PJF performance. I am in no way shape or form connected to pjf but i’ve learned a lot of stuff on his podcasts on youtube. Again this is basically for athleticism and it’s not for getting bigger like Cash is training for.

    If you're gonna train for explosiveness.. train explosively! Don't slowly push the sled, that's just training the type 1 slow twitch fibers. Other than that pretty solid workout.

    Rotating your legs in the leg extensions is the same as just doing it normally because all four muscles that are known as quadriceps work allways at the same time
