Btw Cash, if LSK has a knee injury then he shouldn't be doing leg extensions, they can be a great and safe exercise, but you should avoid them if you have any existing knee injuries because it puts lateral forces on your knee and strain on the ACL

Isaac Edwards there are different meanings behind progressive overload lol. You can progressively overload your sets your workout regimes week by week or month by month. It can’t just be held in one category
Glen Butler came to say yessir fax you can progressive overload over your sets and do the same for your weekly, monthly, and yearly progress. Its literally like doing a set of 10 with some 20lb dumbell and moving to 25lb dumbell then 30 on your last set. Its good for overall strength increase and the best way if your trying to get strong and build musle

Cash means its crucial to warm up, stretching is actually very dangerous before a workout or any exercise

If you're gonna train for explosiveness.. train explosively! Don't slowly push the sled, that's just training the type 1 slow twitch fibers. Other than that pretty solid workout.
