It is the most relaxing mudra for me, works every time. Thank you so much for the knowledge you're sharing on RUclips. I've been practicing yoga for 11 years and I'm one module away from being a yoga teacher. While my teacher was wonderful, here in Scotland I couldn't find a teacher who put any time into teaching mudras, meditation, chakras etc. All my knowledge has come from people like yourself and books. I want to bring that to my students, teach the spiritual and philosophical side of yoga to them and do a shorter asana practice. Emphasise the importance of mudras, pranayama etc. I'm very grateful for the gift of yoga and ayurveda that India has shared with the world. Ayurvedic medicine saved my dogs life and I don't have enough thanks to express my level of gratitude. She's 14 and a half and I'm extremely blessed to still have her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, love and light 🧘🏼♀️💜💜

Meditating hour a day actually feels the easiest and safest thing to do.Its the rest 23 hours that scares There seems to be this invisible wall that continously comes between ourself and life and does not let us live fully.Dullness, numbness, boredom , feeling deeply dissatisfied with ourselves, others and life itself, suppression of emotions and then the feeling of loneliness,anxiety, fear about life, relationship and career really cripples in. There is this constant everyday feeling that what wrong did I do in previous life or in my childhood to get here and maybe my next lifetime will get better if I do all the hardwork now. Meditating one hour is easy, its the rest 23 hours that scares.
