If you want a real Dolly Parton Christmas, check out "Dolly Parton's Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love" (2016). A movie where she time travels to cause her own career to occur in a mobius strip of logic. Someone must have told her about the Grandfather paradox and she felt the need to film it, a true Christmas classic.
I'm reminded of the day that Michael J. Fox, who was once so self-conscious about his Parkinson's disease, stopped medicating himself up to his eyeballs before doing public appearances and interviews, and finally let people see the "real him"--wracked by the constant jerky motions and twitches that anyone who acts, who makes their living with a physical body and a handsome face, would be especially self-conscious about. It's so empowering, in a way, such a flex, to bare his weakness in that way, and it was a big turning point for him as a fearless advocate. Depending on how you see it, this is either the most weird off-the-rails awkward stumbling interview, or the most intensely HONEST interview. We all know that Dolly Parton is a sweetheart. But this is a Brian Wilson, a beautiful but terrified man who has clearly made a decision: "no, I have wanted to meet this person for so long. I admire her work so much. I don't want anything to come between my brain and my experience of meeting her. I TRUST her enough to show her how I really am. I am ready to have a real conversation with a total stranger, the way I have a real conversation only with my closest friends and family. It's our connection through music that makes her part of my family long before I've even sat down with her." It's such a beautiful thing watching them stumble through this most awkward of conversations together --two beautiful people who are absolutely in mutual admiration of each other, who both speak the language of music natively, and could communicate in it so fully and freely. Watching them talk in plain English is a little awkward, because it's like their second language. Music is their first language, and somehow that only makes this a better and braver interview for both of them.
Itˋs the Child inside of Brian, talking this Way about Christmas. Dolly tries to get close to this musical Genius and she is a straight and sensible Woman. Brian, who often is locked in with People he doesnˋt know is here joyfully singing. I think he likes her and he surely knows about her musical Innovations too. Sad that this is just an Exerpt of whatever TV-Show. I must look, if they really made some Songs together - Donˋt know how he is in Shape after his Wifeˋs Death. That must have hit him hardly.
Brian Wilson Talks like a fool, is he okay? He should never be an interviewer; Brian you are a one of a kind, very rare and musician genius, like Dolly, stick with the music. I don't even know why Dolly is talking with him, she doesn't look comfortable at all. I've never seen Dolly like this.
hello Jonas! this is the best thing that invloves AI i've seen so far. much better than balenciaga harry potter. if it's not a secret: do you write the dialog?
How you nail a chemistry that never existed in the same room is baffling. Great work.
Lmfao this reminds me EXACTLY of me and my on again off again ex of 8 years 🤣😂🤣😂 it's awful
directed by David Lynch
..."I had another Dolly Parton dream!"
"In heaven, everything is fine"
Christ dude. What a treasure.
Guest starrring Tape Noise
Brian Wilson is a treasure 😊...
Such a tender soul filled with immense musical genius.
Love it. How he manages to splice these scenes together and have them make sense in uncanny.
Ah thank you
"Christmas is the time to get closer to your family.... UAAghHERRRRRMM!!" :D
Their chemistry is off the charts!
@@NewWaveFilms As in like mixing a acid and base?
@@mavamQ a strong acid and base
Thanks Tim and Eric! Great job!
Brian is such a beautiful soul. So easy for God to reach his heart with pure melody.
Brian is a wonderful, eccentric genius. Bless him
What a wholesome exchange. Dolly is nothing if not gracious.
Well done! Incredible. The editing and the reactions and the interruptions and timing, very well done.
Hey The Talk, this is one of the best ones yet. Stay rad!
Now I want that Xmas Album!!
Thank you, THE TALK.
This channel is like being in the twilight zone. 👀

Christmas is the time to get closer to your family, UGHUH
No way, I was just thinking about when you are going to post and here it is!
WHAT did i just stumble upon?!?
I kind of imagine that is how a real conversation between those two would go 😃
No, Dolly does not like at all comfortable. Brian acts so strange and weird.
It's a bit unusual that the participants have a nice time chatting so this was very uplifting :)
A whimsical yet deep conversation
I feel high
Favorite channel.
Somehow, Wilson outchrists Parton which is saying a lot.
She does believe in.... that sort of thing.
You know I was gonna say something, but I think you guys both said it the best
and I’m pretty sure Brian isn’t even a Christian guy
Are these all Charlie Rose or are they pulled from multiple sources? These are just amazing
Too new to be Charlie Rose.
This is the true spiritual successor to Space Ghost Coast 2 Coast
(and its predecessor, AL TV)
Eric Andre

Totally agree. Check out all three of Dolly's Christmas albums.

Wilson still has the 60's vibe. He was buddy's with Elvis P.
Mm. Not really. They met like once and Elvis karate chopped him. Sounded like an awkward encounter
Can you do Larry King with Joe Rogan?
No one needs such Shit !!
Well done.
GOLD
When was this filmed?
Brian Wilson was in November 2005: ruclips.net/video/lQbJkZ9pu2I/видео.html Dolly Parton was in June 2009: ruclips.net/video/i_mWY9ksLq4/видео.html
Lmao how do you do this!?!😂 looks so real!
A meeting of air and earth.
Yes, Gemini Brian and Capricorn Dolly 😌
It Doesn’t matter how awkward this is the man is a genius
What the hell am I watching? What is this from?
Charlie Rose's interview show, whatever it was called.
Nice
I’m loving each minute , aren’t you?

You do know this isn't real, right?
They did not do this, did they?
can you do Beyonce and Kanye West?
Do Kendrick and drake next
Have they both been interviewed by Charlie Rose?
Why do I feel like this isn't far off...?
Day 1 of asking for Kendrick Lamar and Drake
cute
Slim Shady with Eminem please
Good talk, awkwaaard
1:16 😅
paul simon and art garfunkel should be next …
So awkward ! lol
God only knows…🤷♂️
Are these real?😂
You don't even have to clip Brian that much to make it funny lol
Brian was drugged by his crooked doctor for years. I hate to think what he gave Brian. 😢
Aint they lovely folks?
For corpses, yeah. ⚰
Is Brian, crazy?
Used to be, a bit.
Backwoods Barbie 🩷
they're both equally weird
I’ve just discovered this channel. I don’t understand its appeal at all. I would rather listen to real conversations. What is being accomplished here?
Go back to picking your butt and sleeping all day.
The thing that can really make you famous is an episode with Kendrick Lamar and Drake.

Dolly knows a big fat eccentric ego when she sees it-- who's the real national treasure?
Fuck - itˋs an A.I.Fake and I fell for it....
That is not so funny, bacause it never happened.
It's not A.I. It's just the product of editing footage of the two of them together.
hello Jonas!
this is the best thing that invloves AI i've seen so far.
much better than balenciaga harry potter.
if it's not a secret: do you write the dialog?
it's not AI. It's actual interviews responses taken out of context and stitched together.
What a spaz
Poor Dolly I was scared to death for her here. This guy was scary weird...! Run Dolly Run ..!
Is this for real?
