Im at .63 winning percentage. Theres always a party of 3 or 4 on the opposing team of sweated out players. Half of my team is scared to leave the spawn. Nobody plays objective.constantly spawn trapped.. or someones waiting hardscopped on every corner

I've just accepted that Call of Duty is too big to fail. Regardless of how shit the games get, there will be people lapping it up like starving bloodhounds. I'm still saving my £50 though, and I exist in peace knowing Activision isn't getting it every year. RIP CoD.

To reverse boost just join the account 3 or 4 times and it lets you in. It’s crazy they went out of their way to change or “fix” this but REFUSE to even acknowledge why that needs to be “fixed” for sbmm

I can confirm. The higher your KD is the more you'll lose. It's inversely proportional.. My KD on day one started after 4 hrs at a 1.8 and as my KD has gone down I've won more games. My KD has now fallen to 1.27 and I've won the majority of my last ten games. Between 1.8 and 1.3 I was getting absolutely wrecked. Always losing games and going negative.

I got 7 flag captures, and EVERYONE else had 1, except one guy who had 5. We won by 2 points, and that was because I captured the third flag at the end of the game
tell me about it, man. had a game on terminal with 11 captures and 30 kills. everyone else on my team had 1 capture, and we could have won if one of my teammate hopped on C with me when the score was 190-190... we lost by 2 points

I hate that it feels like they tightened the SBMM from the beta. I was genuinely having such a good time with the multiplayer beta compared to now, I wasn’t completely annihilating lobbies, I was having close matches with a healthy amount of wins and losses. Now I’m getting spawn fucked, thrown into losing games mid-match and barely going positive if I’m not already on a negative streak
The Bad: - The SBMM is REALLY bad. - 80% of the maps are terrible (too big and/or too campy). - EVERYONE CAMPS and many people abuse headglitches - The amount of meta weapon usage is outrageously bad (there are more than 100 different weapons and I only die by the same 5 guns). - Some weapons are way better than many of the other options and not by a small amount - A lot of gameplay affecting bugs like: Flak Jacket aka eod plating not working, loadouts popping up on screen out of nowhere - Extremely degenerate algorithm for SBMM, matchmaking, and gameplay cycle - Time To Kill feels wildly inconsistent sometimes, mostly between different games - No Prestige system for levels after 55 (which is absolutely pathetic that it isn't in the game) - Terrible progression system for unlocks (way too grind and time consuming) - Way too much stuff is locked behind Daily Challenge completions (estimated 7 days of playtime to unlock just everything EXCLUDING attachments) - Helicopter scorestreak (8 kills) feels oppressive on some maps, especially since no one uses rocket launches because they're terrible and never useful for anything else (except RPG, but it can't be effectively used against Helicopter) - and more... The Good: - Great mechanics for movement - Game is smooth and plays responsively - Guns feel great (when they work) - Kills are satisfying AF - Non sweaty lobbies are really fun to play in - So much weapon variety Summary: Base mechanics of the game are good, but there are too many negative qualities that ruin the gameplay experience.

I don't play anything but Hardcore and I think it's made these a little more tolerable for me. No killcams makes it hard to see if someone is really cheating (if they're not being blatant), meta weapons and shit don't matter when everything is a 1 or 2 shot kill. I don't think I've ever had a noticeable problem with hit reg in any CoD game. But I can't have one good game without having my asshole pounded by SBMM for the rest of the time and HC is getting campy as fuck. I can't play a single MWZ match without the server shitting itself to the point it just disconnects you. Some times it'll fix itself, some times it's a straight up game crash. These old maps are boring as fuck too, they play like ass now.
it's not just campy on hardcore, it's in every single mode now. it has been getting worse with every single cod release. It's really annoying when I just want to come home from work and run and gun, but run into 99% of their team camping until the very last 30 seconds of the game
It's not the maps. It's the way people play them. They always stay inside. It's horrible on Estate and Quarry. People hardly ever go up the middle areas. I remember when people use to run around with akimbo Model 1887 just tryna run up kills as fast as possible. Sub Base, Rust, Scrapyard & Terminal play smooth just like the old days. Estate, Quarry, Skidrow, Highrise, Afghan, Underpass and Wasteland matches barely make it to the end. Usually the time expires 😑
It’s crazy how SBMM makes every problem 100x worse than what it is. As bad as it is, I can play with perks not working correctly, guns not having any use whatsoever, recycled maps, and challenges not working l. But the fact SBMM and this rigged match making multiple those problems by 100, makes the game not fun and unbearable in ways I can’t even put into words. And the fact that the devs haven’t said anything about shows that it’s no point in complaining so why even play the game at all.

Honestly I put more blame on IW and Activision. Sledgehammer was given half the usual time to make this after being pulled off the game they were already making. Then had to run every change and fix through IW heads before they could do anything.

I've been playing COD for 15 years (since the days of COD 4). Really disappoints me to see the negative direction we are going in terms of this franchise. At this point, I'm no longer optimistic. They have had 4 years plus to get this franchise back on track and they haven't. It's only a matter of time before the ship sinks and we end up in the ocean.

I have 1,000 hours logged on this game (It's literally the one game all of my friends have so I played it a lot as a result). In the beginning, I had a k/d of 0.8 (This was only my second CoD playing online and I was just getting use to PC). My W/L was 2.5. Now, I have a K/D of 1.01. My W/L is 1.65 and constantly decreasing. I have top 1% stats in the game; I'm CONSISTENTLY top of the leaderboard and it is in fact my teammates who lose the game. Everything you're saying is 100% true, I've seen it myself. To all the "pros" out there, I'd just like to say that I've managed to figure out the system organically (as in I never watched videos talking about a new meta or whatever). It took 900 HOURS. Again, as I've said before, I'm not bad at the game. I'm pretty good and I've mostly stopped playing it since my friends have too. Even though I "managed to figure out the system" which is a complicated fucking mess entirely dependent on factors OUTSIDE of your control, such as the enemy's playstyle, the map you're on, your playstyle, and your teammate's playstyle, it is STILL not fun long-term (Longest I've played non-stop was 5 matches before I stopped playing because of how monotonous it gets).
Hackers and cheaters are out of control in this. Every match has at least one or two, weather it’s on your team or your opponents. Start watching some of your kill cams y’all. You’ll see it too.

Most of the guns are useless, when im at the top of the leaderboards NO ONE is playing the objectives, im solo capping a 2nd point on domination turning the game around and half the team is like useless with 6 kills 22 deaths etc. Its insane shenanigans going on.

I swear sbmm that youtubers have is nothing like what I have to experience. I feel like for every 1 good/decent game I get 10 games where the entire enemy team gets aimbot, wallhacks, and everything while Sledgehammer takes their money and slaps it on my player's balls making it impossible to aim.
RUclipsrs and great streamers uses something called VPN to play latest CODs just get easier lobbies, this VPN confuses SBMM algorithm and matches them by connection, if you don’t believe just i invite you to. Watch Xpromvz, Korean savage and swagg cod videos for example. Bro they play with literally bot enemies…. I’ve never got a lobby like that… every time I got destroyed in mw3 bro

When you showed the clip of that guy getting kicked for inactivity while using a chopper gunner I just about fell out of my chair laughing, I loved how the beta played but held out knowing damn well they'd fuck it up
So I have a .57 KD with a .05 win, and I get in lobbies with nothing but sweats. I've been going negative and finishing basically last in every game I've played. I've played over 20 games, and still getting crazy hard matches on regular quick play. Where's this SBMM I hear about.... also, I only play by myself.
The main issues I've noticed: In Zombies, certain spawns will place you slightly too low which makes you stuck and you're technically falling. If you pull your chute you can fall through the map The quintessential "Awareness" perk from BO2 where it makes general noises quieter so you hear footsteps better doesn't work and just makes your audio muffled like you have water in your ear The zombies sentry gun duplication glitch for XP farming being something as simple dropping the sentry item while in the deployment animation Damage feels inconsistent at times, made worse with MW2 guns, where sometimes it takes takes over 8 shots to kill at ranges which should take no more than 4-5 which has cost me quite a few gunfights I would have otherwise won. This is even with damage range builds. The MW3 PKP LMG (the first LMG) cant have an underbarrel attached, trying to enter the underbarrel menu will cause an error where game rules can't be specified. Also, thanks for mentioning the MW2 weapons not scaling with the extra 150 HP and flat out being uncompetitive against MW3 guns like the Holger and BAS-B. This is not talked about as much as it should be. It's insane how they completely forgot about buffing them to the 150 format considering how big of a selling point they made out the MW2 arsenal integration to be.
Have you seen a few of the streamers clips where they shot near an entire mag into someone and they get shot 3-4 times and die? I think it shows the patent is in the game. Tim and Courage had the clips I saw.

Been watching your videos for a long time. I'm 34, same age as you I believe. I had a combined kill count between OG mw2/mw3/bo1/bo2 of nearly 2.5 million kills and was top 500 in the world for domination at one point on mw3. The games used to actually be fun and you could run around with literally whatever and drop 50-80 kills in a domination match provided your good enough. With that said I could never spend that much time per day gaming at this age with a house and family etc, but I have purchased 3 of the last 7 cod games being mw 2019, vangaurd, and mw 2023, The experience is nearly unbearable. I quit vangaurd after 1 month, im about ready to uninstall mw 2023 already after just 1 week, its literally enraging and the extra health doesnt mean jack~ people run the speed of light and most times I die under 300 ms (unreactable) and i have extremely good internet, and mw 2019 i played for like 6 months on ground war because it was fun to be honest. Take all this into account, coming from a long time fps player across Halo, battlefield, COD, and other series, I can tell you right now definitively, battlefield is multitudes more fun than cod and has been for several years, I have purchased bf4/bf1/bfv/bf2042 and got my moneys worth every single time, despite whatever drama there is perceived, the games are just more fun and less buggy although there usually are some bugs in bf it aint that bad. I wish halo wasnt dead but infinite is hotdog water even though its free to play, and xdefiant doesnt seem that appealing to be honest low team player numbers and non popular game modes will kill it quickly, counterstrike would be a better alternitive lol game still pumpin after over 20 years.

True that’s why I bought this one eventhough it was a mistake. I also loved the spawn characters in black cell battlepass so they got me there also. Then realized fuck only 2 days in and wanna kill myself. SBMM is super bad. They are manipulating gun fights. It’s not organic at all anymore.
I got a 1.08 K/D I cant even round a corner without having two enemies beem me from there spawn. I pre-aim and maybe get one kill, but then my Hit Detection doest register the next two or three enemies standing right next to the enemy I killed. I catch the whole enemy team in there spawn lined up from my angle, and still only get hit markers for 5 out of 6 of them; and I'm aiming for the head. Hitting in the head. Im good, I'll go back to the Golden Era of COD. 2007-2012. Sadly they are still filled with Hackers. I keep getting my level reset back to 20 on BO2, cause I'm killing a hacker; getting 10,000e10+ xp per kill, and the game resets me back to the level 20, killing a hacker. Im not the one hacking, but yet it resets me and not the hacker.
This game is reminding of PUBG mobile when I had to cut off the headshot hit registration because I can’t stand shooting someone in the head and nothing happens
I know for a fact that GHOST does NOT work and I also have that the covert sneakers and somehow, by the love of God, somebody will see me coming or immediately turn around and blast me as I come around the corner. I don’t get it. I can also confirm that EOD does NOT work. I’ve used both and I might as well use something else or just camp somewhere. Oh and as for camping, you can no longer hold down a very small area while sniping or something of the like, because you will get kicked for inactivity. It’s stupid because I’ve gotten countless kills just from covering a small area and my character is obviously moving, strafing, and looking around, and somehow myself, or my friends would still get kicked for inactivity. So that’s broken as well!
The broken perks aren't a bug, they're a feature. They're gonna sell you the fixes in a bundle with some knock off Fortnite skin and a weapon blueprint for $30.
I think they have the sbmm tied up in the armory system. After I unlock the first or second reward for the day, its an endless losing streak. And strange occurances where the enemy team will make a heroic comeback at the last minute. I get that it happens sometimes but its all the time now.
They need to realize that if SOMETHING Doesn't change, they'll all be losing probably Millions because we're All Fed Up. Thanks for saving me Money BT🔥
Sad part is the only three huge issues I have is SBMM I do good then get punished it feels like and get the sweaty mfs and im a hardcore player with A FUCKING 1.10 KD now its done to 1.05.. camo challenges don't track most times then just attachments just staying locked even tho I've done the daily challenges.
How to fix code: Do less. Remove the fortnite skins. Remove the ridiculous huds and sound spams. Redo the gun system. Bring back the "do headshots/kills to unlock X" challenges. Remove the store. Bring back skins unlocked via challenges. PROFIT.
I’m in the same boat as you. Literally skipped out on MWII’s life span since December 2022 and came back on this game. With 5 hours played as I write this comment, I currently have a 0.95 KD and a 1.40 W/L ratio. I used to be a PC sweat and now a casual PS5 player. I’m actually quite enjoying this game. The nostalgia of the maps and the gameplay is almost perfect for me. If you say the game sucks, I can’t blame you for saying that but every CoD game is flawed. Times have changed and expectations have risen. Like I said, you have every reason to hate this game, but no other game can replicate this gameplay and that’s why I keep coming back.
I skipped MW3 and legit went back to playing Modern Warfare Remastered. It's nice to go back to a time when it wasn't about flashy skins, guns and tracer bullets.
The thing is BT gets paid to play this garbo He’s also already doing a service for those who are on the fence of buying it by showing why they shouldn’t through these videos. If anything BT has probably prevented people from wasting their time and money so even if he buys it every year it’s worth.
CoD is too big to fail. Millions of casual players who are ok with eating garbage because its the game they'll spend most of their year playing since it has no competition, until the next CoD comes out and can get scammed out of their money with recicled guns, maps, and useless expansions and characters who will be nothing the new game comes out. Poor Sledghammer, they only had like six months to finish a game that's really an add on and was already two thirds completed for them. We need to be easy on them guys. If they only had more time to build it it could have been as good as one of their other well-known titles like "tap to insert text".
I honestly don’t know what makes me get back on. I don’t know why the formula needed to be changed with equipment unlocks, level 55 should be when I’ve already unlocked everything I need to play the game, not whatever the h3ll they are doing now. In MW2 my KD was a 1.7, in MW3 it’s currently a 1.14 with 0.75 W/L
I actually don’t mind the game. HOWEVER I GET SERVER DISCONNECTED ON STEAM AND BATTLENET EVERY HOUR. I will just randomly disconnect in the middle of games. Has happened for the last 3 years and I just CANNOT find a way to fix it.
That checks out. I have a 2.54 Kd and a 0.83 w/l and the team balancing is horrible. I always have to play my ass off. And the games I struggle in I seem to always win by a landslide.
They're oilrigs when comes to breaking core features of the game but when it comes to a no-brainer fixes it's like "give us 6 months to fix this, we'll work faster if you give us money in our store that is still very functional"

Here's another fun bug I got on the second day after release; All of a sudden I couldn't use custom classes anymore, I only spawn with random default classes. I have re-installed the game and even reset my xbox twice but the bug is still there. Really feels worth the money...

saying an issue can be solved by changing a single line of code is honestly what kills any argument for me changing things and fixing issues in a game like this, 9.99 times out of 10, is not a "single line of code" fix some issues can be caused by several different things interacting incorrectly or a single thing breaking multiple other things that are seemingly unrelated. You can easily watch a devlog on this platform to see how many issues can arise from simply just the coding aspect of game development, and these issues don't magically go away the more members you add to your dev team. not defending activision or shg, just pointing out how problems and issues cannot be solved by a single line of code an overwhelming majority of the time, just like how proper multiplayer functionality isn't as simple as installing a plugin or checking an "Allow Multiplayer" box. Once you actually dive into game development, you learn these things.
MW 2019 is where it was at, especially when Warzone Verdansk came out, what a time to be alive. They took away the best thing after MW2 2009 and are making it worse and worse and its all for the dollars. Im glad i didn’t buy any more cods after MW 2019. Bring back Verdansk and we’ll talk.
I have a 1.2 and a 0.3 win/loss. I lost 14 games in a row last night, and quit out of maybe 60 games yesterday because the matchmaking is so fucking miserable. I am playing against people who are so far better than me that I can't even get a kill. Now when a game starts, if the other team gets ahead in kills within the first minute and my team has people without any kills at all, I just quit. There's no point.

My KD on day one started after 4 hrs at a 1.8 and as my KD has gone down I've won more games. My KD has now fallen to 1.27 and I've won the majority of my last ten games. Between 1.8 and 1.3 I was getting absolutely wrecked. Always losing games and going negative.

We won by 2 points, and that was because I captured the third flag at the end of the game

I hate that it feels like they tightened the SBMM from the beta. I was genuinely having such a good time with the multiplayer beta compared to now, I wasn’t completely annihilating lobbies, I was having close matches with a healthy amount of wins and losses. Now I’m getting spawn fucked, thrown into losing games mid-match and barely going positive if I’m not already on a negative streak
The Bad:
- The SBMM is REALLY bad.
- 80% of the maps are terrible (too big and/or too campy).
- EVERYONE CAMPS and many people abuse headglitches
- The amount of meta weapon usage is outrageously bad (there are more than 100 different weapons and I only die by the same 5 guns).
- Some weapons are way better than many of the other options and not by a small amount
- A lot of gameplay affecting bugs like: Flak Jacket aka eod plating not working, loadouts popping up on screen out of nowhere
- Extremely degenerate algorithm for SBMM, matchmaking, and gameplay cycle
- Time To Kill feels wildly inconsistent sometimes, mostly between different games
- No Prestige system for levels after 55 (which is absolutely pathetic that it isn't in the game)
- Terrible progression system for unlocks (way too grind and time consuming)
- Way too much stuff is locked behind Daily Challenge completions (estimated 7 days of playtime to unlock just everything EXCLUDING attachments)
- Helicopter scorestreak (8 kills) feels oppressive on some maps, especially since no one uses rocket launches because they're terrible and never useful for anything else (except RPG, but it can't be effectively used against Helicopter)

The Good:
- Great mechanics for movement
- Game is smooth and plays responsively
- Guns feel great (when they work)
- Kills are satisfying AF
- Non sweaty lobbies are really fun to play in
- So much weapon variety
Summary: Base mechanics of the game are good, but there are too many negative qualities that ruin the gameplay experience.
Sbmm is here to stay, get over it or don’t buy the game.

I don't play anything but Hardcore and I think it's made these a little more tolerable for me. No killcams makes it hard to see if someone is really cheating (if they're not being blatant), meta weapons and shit don't matter when everything is a 1 or 2 shot kill. I don't think I've ever had a noticeable problem with hit reg in any CoD game. But I can't have one good game without having my asshole pounded by SBMM for the rest of the time and HC is getting campy as fuck. I can't play a single MWZ match without the server shitting itself to the point it just disconnects you. Some times it'll fix itself, some times it's a straight up game crash. These old maps are boring as fuck too, they play like ass now.
it's not just campy on hardcore, it's in every single mode now. it has been getting worse with every single cod release. It's really annoying when I just want to come home from work and run and gun, but run into 99% of their team camping until the very last 30 seconds of the game
It's not the maps. It's the way people play them. They always stay inside. It's horrible on Estate and Quarry. People hardly ever go up the middle areas. I remember when people use to run around with akimbo Model 1887 just tryna run up kills as fast as possible. Sub Base, Rust, Scrapyard & Terminal play smooth just like the old days. Estate, Quarry, Skidrow, Highrise, Afghan, Underpass and Wasteland matches barely make it to the end. Usually the time expires 😑
Have you noticed the hardcore bugs? The visible Hud and enemies names popping up red when you look at them? I can't play it...
It’s crazy how SBMM makes every problem 100x worse than what it is. As bad as it is, I can play with perks not working correctly, guns not having any use whatsoever, recycled maps, and challenges not working l. But the fact SBMM and this rigged match making multiple those problems by 100, makes the game not fun and unbearable in ways I can’t even put into words. And the fact that the devs haven’t said anything about shows that it’s no point in complaining so why even play the game at all.

Honestly I put more blame on IW and Activision. Sledgehammer was given half the usual time to make this after being pulled off the game they were already making. Then had to run every change and fix through IW heads before they could do anything.
SGH employees comes out why the game is like this and wanted to make Advance Warfare 2 and planned to make a small spin off game . But because Bobby wants a quick buck from Christmas sales before Phil kicks his greedy ass out by the end of the year

I have 1,000 hours logged on this game (It's literally the one game all of my friends have so I played it a lot as a result).
In the beginning, I had a k/d of 0.8 (This was only my second CoD playing online and I was just getting use to PC). My W/L was 2.5.
Now, I have a K/D of 1.01. My W/L is 1.65 and constantly decreasing.
I have top 1% stats in the game; I'm CONSISTENTLY top of the leaderboard and it is in fact my teammates who lose the game.

To all the "pros" out there, I'd just like to say that I've managed to figure out the system organically (as in I never watched videos talking about a new meta or whatever). It took 900 HOURS. Again, as I've said before, I'm not bad at the game. I'm pretty good and I've mostly stopped playing it since my friends have too. Even though I "managed to figure out the system" which is a complicated fucking mess entirely dependent on factors OUTSIDE of your control, such as the enemy's playstyle, the map you're on, your playstyle, and your teammate's playstyle, it is STILL not fun long-term (Longest I've played non-stop was 5 matches before I stopped playing because of how monotonous it gets).
Hackers and cheaters are out of control in this. Every match has at least one or two, weather it’s on your team or your opponents. Start watching some of your kill cams y’all. You’ll see it too.
SBMM is out of control and I HATE the TTK IDC what nobody says. It’s wildly inconsistent and mostly takes too long to kill enemies.

When you showed the clip of that guy getting kicked for inactivity while using a chopper gunner I just about fell out of my chair laughing, I loved how the beta played but held out knowing damn well they'd fuck it up
So I have a .57 KD with a .05 win, and I get in lobbies with nothing but sweats. I've been going negative and finishing basically last in every game I've played. I've played over 20 games, and still getting crazy hard matches on regular quick play. Where's this SBMM I hear about.... also, I only play by myself.
The main issues I've noticed:
In Zombies, certain spawns will place you slightly too low which makes you stuck and you're technically falling. If you pull your chute you can fall through the map
The quintessential "Awareness" perk from BO2 where it makes general noises quieter so you hear footsteps better doesn't work and just makes your audio muffled like you have water in your ear
The zombies sentry gun duplication glitch for XP farming being something as simple dropping the sentry item while in the deployment animation
Damage feels inconsistent at times, made worse with MW2 guns, where sometimes it takes takes over 8 shots to kill at ranges which should take no more than 4-5 which has cost me quite a few gunfights I would have otherwise won. This is even with damage range builds.
The MW3 PKP LMG (the first LMG) cant have an underbarrel attached, trying to enter the underbarrel menu will cause an error where game rules can't be specified.
Also, thanks for mentioning the MW2 weapons not scaling with the extra 150 HP and flat out being uncompetitive against MW3 guns like the Holger and BAS-B. This is not talked about as much as it should be. It's insane how they completely forgot about buffing them to the 150 format considering how big of a selling point they made out the MW2 arsenal integration to be.
Have you seen a few of the streamers clips where they shot near an entire mag into someone and they get shot 3-4 times and die? I think it shows the patent is in the game. Tim and Courage had the clips I saw.

Getting kicked off in mid match for inactivity while in ads looking around is really crazy
Been watching your videos for a long time. I'm 34, same age as you I believe. I had a combined kill count between OG mw2/mw3/bo1/bo2 of nearly 2.5 million kills and was top 500 in the world for domination at one point on mw3. The games used to actually be fun and you could run around with literally whatever and drop 50-80 kills in a domination match provided your good enough. With that said I could never spend that much time per day gaming at this age with a house and family etc, but I have purchased 3 of the last 7 cod games being mw 2019, vangaurd, and mw 2023, The experience is nearly unbearable. I quit vangaurd after 1 month, im about ready to uninstall mw 2023 already after just 1 week, its literally enraging and the extra health doesnt mean jack~ people run the speed of light and most times I die under 300 ms (unreactable) and i have extremely good internet, and mw 2019 i played for like 6 months on ground war because it was fun to be honest. Take all this into account, coming from a long time fps player across Halo, battlefield, COD, and other series, I can tell you right now definitively, battlefield is multitudes more fun than cod and has been for several years, I have purchased bf4/bf1/bfv/bf2042 and got my moneys worth every single time, despite whatever drama there is perceived, the games are just more fun and less buggy although there usually are some bugs in bf it aint that bad. I wish halo wasnt dead but infinite is hotdog water even though its free to play, and xdefiant doesnt seem that appealing to be honest low team player numbers and non popular game modes will kill it quickly, counterstrike would be a better alternitive lol game still pumpin after over 20 years.
the way blametruth feels about cod is the way i feel about destiny. we both know theyre shit but we cant help but hang on, even if we barely play the games live rent free in our head because of the hope they will return to their former glory.

Then realized fuck only 2 days in and wanna kill myself. SBMM is super bad. They are manipulating gun fights. It’s not organic at all anymore.

I cant even round a corner without having two enemies beem me from there spawn. I pre-aim and maybe get one kill, but then my Hit Detection doest register the next two or three enemies standing right next to the enemy I killed. I catch the whole enemy team in there spawn lined up from my angle, and still only get hit markers for 5 out of 6 of them; and I'm aiming for the head. Hitting in the head. Im good, I'll go back to the Golden Era of COD. 2007-2012. Sadly they are still filled with Hackers. I keep getting my level reset back to 20 on BO2, cause I'm killing a hacker; getting 10,000e10+ xp per kill, and the game resets me back to the level 20, killing a hacker. Im not the one hacking, but yet it resets me and not the hacker.
This game is reminding of PUBG mobile when I had to cut off the headshot hit registration because I can’t stand shooting someone in the head and nothing happens

I know for a fact that GHOST does NOT work and I also have that the covert sneakers and somehow, by the love of God, somebody will see me coming or immediately turn around and blast me as I come around the corner. I don’t get it. I can also confirm that EOD does NOT work. I’ve used both and I might as well use something else or just camp somewhere.
Oh and as for camping, you can no longer hold down a very small area while sniping or something of the like, because you will get kicked for inactivity. It’s stupid because I’ve gotten countless kills just from covering a small area and my character is obviously moving, strafing, and looking around, and somehow myself, or my friends would still get kicked for inactivity. So that’s broken as well!

I think they have the sbmm tied up in the armory system. After I unlock the first or second reward for the day, its an endless losing streak. And strange occurances where the enemy team will make a heroic comeback at the last minute. I get that it happens sometimes but its all the time now.
They need to realize that if SOMETHING Doesn't change, they'll all be losing probably Millions because we're All Fed Up. Thanks for saving me Money BT🔥

Sad part is the only three huge issues I have is SBMM I do good then get punished it feels like and get the sweaty mfs and im a hardcore player with A FUCKING 1.10 KD now its done to 1.05.. camo challenges don't track most times then just attachments just staying locked even tho I've done the daily challenges.

Over the weekend the daily challenge for “get 7 kills with a marksman rifle” wouldn’t track.
How to fix code:
Do less.
Remove the fortnite skins.
Remove the ridiculous huds and sound spams.
Redo the gun system. Bring back the "do headshots/kills to unlock X" challenges.
Remove the store. Bring back skins unlocked via challenges.
PROFIT.

I’m in the same boat as you. Literally skipped out on MWII’s life span since December 2022 and came back on this game. With 5 hours played as I write this comment, I currently have a 0.95 KD and a 1.40 W/L ratio. I used to be a PC sweat and now a casual PS5 player. I’m actually quite enjoying this game. The nostalgia of the maps and the gameplay is almost perfect for me. If you say the game sucks, I can’t blame you for saying that but every CoD game is flawed. Times have changed and expectations have risen. Like I said, you have every reason to hate this game, but no other game can replicate this gameplay and that’s why I keep coming back.
I skipped MW3 and legit went back to playing Modern Warfare Remastered. It's nice to go back to a time when it wasn't about flashy skins, guns and tracer bullets.

Millions of casual players who are ok with eating garbage because its the game they'll spend most of their year playing since it has no competition, until the next CoD comes out and can get scammed out of their money with recicled guns, maps, and useless expansions and characters who will be nothing the new game comes out. Poor Sledghammer, they only had like six months to finish a game that's really an add on and was already two thirds completed for them. We need to be easy on them guys. I honestly don’t know what makes me get back on. I don’t know why the formula needed to be changed with equipment unlocks, level 55 should be when I’ve already unlocked everything I need to play the game, not whatever the h3ll they are doing now. In MW2 my KD was a 1.7, in MW3 it’s currently a 1.14 with 0.75 W/L

I actually don’t mind the game. HOWEVER I GET SERVER DISCONNECTED ON STEAM AND BATTLENET EVERY HOUR. I will just randomly disconnect in the middle of games. Has happened for the last 3 years and I just CANNOT find a way to fix it.
That checks out. I have a 2.54 Kd and a 0.83 w/l and the team balancing is horrible. I always have to play my ass off. And the games I struggle in I seem to always win by a landslide.
They're oilrigs when comes to breaking core features of the game but when it comes to a no-brainer fixes it's like "give us 6 months to fix this, we'll work faster if you give us money in our store that is still very functional"
I usually and 100% agree with everything you say Truth and yes this campaign story mode was absolutely stupid but I love the multiplayer, it's the most fun I've had in years since OG cods

Here's another fun bug I got on the second day after release; All of a sudden I couldn't use custom classes anymore, I only spawn with random default classes. I have re-installed the game and even reset my xbox twice but the bug is still there. Really feels worth the money...

saying an issue can be solved by changing a single line of code is honestly what kills any argument for me
changing things and fixing issues in a game like this, 9.99 times out of 10, is not a "single line of code" fix
some issues can be caused by several different things interacting incorrectly or a single thing breaking multiple other things that are seemingly unrelated. You can easily watch a devlog on this platform to see how many issues can arise from simply just the coding aspect of game development, and these issues don't magically go away the more members you add to your dev team.
not defending activision or shg, just pointing out how problems and issues cannot be solved by a single line of code an overwhelming majority of the time, just like how proper multiplayer functionality isn't as simple as installing a plugin or checking an "Allow Multiplayer" box. Once you actually dive into game development, you learn these things.
MW 2019 is where it was at, especially when Warzone Verdansk came out, what a time to be alive. They took away the best thing after MW2 2009 and are making it worse and worse and its all for the dollars. Im glad i didn’t buy any more cods after MW 2019. Bring back Verdansk and we’ll talk.
I have a 1.2 and a 0.3 win/loss. I lost 14 games in a row last night, and quit out of maybe 60 games yesterday because the matchmaking is so fucking miserable. I am playing against people who are so far better than me that I can't even get a kill.
Now when a game starts, if the other team gets ahead in kills within the first minute and my team has people without any kills at all, I just quit. There's no point.
