The only thing that I hate about the Seattle ‘89 videos is the audio mix is pretty trash. Drums are too loud and the crowd is too loud in the mix. Makes it hard to hear the guitars. Don’t get me wrong, I love hearing the crowd in live shows, but it’s just a constant crowd noise the whole time and it’s TOO loud. But if you use some good headphones with good EQ settings you can boost the guitars and it sounds so much better and you can really tell how good they sound
If you’re interested in hearing the guitars better, there is raw soundboard audio from the show on RUclips. Mix isn’t that spectacular as you can imagine but it’s nice not having the constant crowd noise
Seattle 89 was THE concert … the top concert on metal history … nobody band has reached that amount of energy on live
