    Simply beautiful, but mine keeps getting smaller with each row and turns into a triangle. What might i be doing wrong? I adore your channel!!

      Thank you so much 😊 It sounds like you are missing out a stitch at the end of the row which is causing the sides to slant. Before you begin each row, you could count out each stitch to make sure you know where you're working into, and use stitch markers to help if needed.

    Please help me. A reply would be nice ❤️ um, I can't get passed the first row. When I'm near the end, there's 3 stitches left instead of one, and it doesn't quite work out because I'm meant to skip one, but if I skip one, there wouldn't be one more stitch at the end to put a double crochet into. Please help me. This is a lovely stich btw! ❤️

      I believe you need to do a chain in a multiple of 3 then add 3 stitches instead of 2 in order to be able to get to that very last stitch easier. I had the same issue. If you chain 30 then add 2 you will have 4 stitches at the end of the first row but that last stitch is super small and hard to see and looks like part of the side of the stitch instead of an actual stitch. Hope that makes sense.

    How many would I do fo foundation row for a baby blanket please reply

    • @bellacococrochet
      @bellacococrochet  3 года назад

      This stitch has to be worked in multiples of three - for a small to medium sized baby blanket I would chain ninety nine and see whether you are happy with the size 😊

    Hi Bella, I attempted trying out a swatch of your twin +2 pattern but I’m having issues with having one chain left at the end of row 3. If I crochet the last twin of that row, there is not 1 chain left to do the 1DC before ch 1 and turn. For the foundation, I did 30+2 just like you said. In total, I had 32 for my foundation chain. Please what I’m I doing wrong?😔😟☹️

      @bellacococrochet  3 года назад

      Did you find that row 2 of the pattern worked out ok? I'm think perhaps it's the turning chain that's causing the confusion - at the beginning of row 2 you should chain 4 which counts as one treble stitch plus a chain space. When you work row 3 and come to the end of the row, it won't look like a typical chain space plus a stitch as it's actually all chain stitches - you should make a double crochet into the gap and then one into the actual chain 😊

      @@bellacococrochet hi Sarah-Jayne, I've got the same problem... I've goen through this several times and still got 3 stitches at the end... I've definitely got chain 4 at the beginning of the row and going into the second double. I really think I'm doing something wrong
