laroche was brilliant here, he practically got a confession from jane by making him say that it's was him who called rigsby. so sad that they had him killed in the sixth season
In fairness he didn't. He got Jane to confirm he planned it but he knows he still can't prove it. And he thinks Jane still has dirt on him. In the end Jane still won and LaRouche knows it.
“Agent Lisbon, your instincts to protect your team are admirable…and your biggest flaw” -JJ LaRoach Teresa Lisbon is the hero of this show. Every time she shows how much she cares for and sacrifices for her team.
I think that's what he meant by it changing Rigsby. He's reached a place Jane hasn't by taking vengeance, and it haunts him to this day The plot is so brilliantly woven
@@madscientist5189 i stil got chill from when i realise the guy last name was "Saynay", say nay, say nothing, of course it means it was a tongue in there
I was shocked after knowing that this episode(5-4) has ImDb of 7.8. Just for comparison Devil's Cherry(5-2) got 9.1 Both episodes gave me thrill. Both episode got good lines in script that touched us deep.
i hated this, why did they had to kill off the father as soon as he and rigsby had gotten some new direction in their relationship. is it just me or does every script go this way, as soon as something great happens one of them has to die or something else goes wrong....i mean give the poor man a break
Charity Duplechan rigsby dad gets killed. Jane sets up the final takedown of the culprit in way to encourage him to escape and hence giving rigsby to chance to shoot him to kill and hence avenging his father.
This is when you realize that nothing is gonna bring your murdered loved one back and that " revenge " is just another fake and empty " American Dream ". And you cry. Because there is really not much else you can do.
" Don't we, agent LaRoche? " The expression on Patrick's face. Priceless.

larouche's death was really unnecessary.
Ashok Kumar writers got bored at that point
hes one of my fave character in this series

I agree with you 100%. Great character and probably the scariest soft-spoken person I've ever seen in a TV series.
The ending was so unexpected and yet it brought the viewers closer to Rigsby's character
Owain is a fantastic actor. This scene broke my heart :(
I loved Owain in this scene m..he nailed it
@@dreaw5641 Please, what is that song we hear when Rigsby is with Benjamin in this scene? It's very beautiful!

We all have flaws ! Don't we JJ
This was just purely badass statement from PJ
Love the way how Jane protect Lisbon when LaRouche said about the mistake that Lisbon has made & need to report it🥰
And all this while it was LaRouche who had taken the perfect Revenge.😂😂

@@zumabbar Excellent take.
I feel so pitty for Risgby!! He is a darling. Jane and Lisbon always protecting the team. LaRoche cant understand how close the team is.
Rigsby isn't saying it's ok to the baby he's saying it to himself if you really understand.
La Roche acted brilliantly; great episode; Jane was phenomenal
We all have our flaws, jane just threatened him

I liked laroche, I started out suspecting him but thanks to good writing and character development he became one of my favorites
Oh wow, not sure if this is intentional, but Jane's facial expression at 0:55 is nearly identical to the Red John blood smile. Creepy.
I always found that Jane’s face (particularly his eyes) looked like Red John’s trademark

That was a good twist. Kill it off before it starts. sometimes that kind of a story is amazing.
True but that’s often the way reality works.
The ending breaks my heart.
Do you know the title of the song?
