    Already subscribed and giving this a BIG thumb's up!
    Never seen an inground trampoline! Very interesting and it makes a lot of sense safety-wise.
    Thank you for "giving back and blessing others"! Great job. Glad you put "DIY Inset Trampoline"
    in the title. Now if anyone is looking to see how to do it, your video will pop up and a person can
    see HOW they can do it. Have a wonderful week. From Canada.

    What you refer to as a Soak-Away, we refer to as a Modified or Open French Drain. Great job!! Those kids looked ecstatic!! My Grandkids sure enjoy theirs!!

    • @itshisturf23
      @itshisturf23  3 года назад +2

      They loved it for sure. And very nice. This is the only application we have tried them. When do you use this type of drainage?

    • @whammond511
      @whammond511 3 года назад +1

      @@itshisturf23 It can be used to drain any wet area. In our case we have an oddly shaped lot and all of the neighboring lots (there are 7) except one are higher than ours. So one of the previous owners made an area about 30’x20’ where the yard was the lowest into a “French Drain” now some 45 years later it has infilled w/soil and needs to be redone. In wet years now it takes a month to 6 weeks for that part of the yard to dry out. Our dogs dug down and through it. That's how we discovered it. My Father knew exactly what it was as he grew up with one for their kitchen waste water.

      I should add that there are Concrete equivalents that are buriable to use in places that might be space challenged. And now, with the idea of water conservation, sometimes the water thusly collected can be filtered and piped out and into a home or bldg. and then used for non-potable purposes. And it could even be treated with small in-house water treatment equipment and made potable.

    I am thankful for people like you. Thank you for seeing a need and making sure it is met. You have the heart of a servant. When I see someone like you I am reminded of how we are all to be. Jesus tells us that He came to serve and not to be served. Thank you for showing the love of God by your service to others. Thank you for not backing down even if or when others may not understand why you do what you do and why. Thank you for standing tall for the name of Jesus!. Be blessed!

    Where did you find the rubber mat that goes around it ?

  • @ethancovington3222

    Can you put in the comments a link for the material you used for the retaining wall and the drain pump you used? Thanks again in advanced. Really cool project.

    • @ethancovington3222
      @ethancovington3222 3 года назад

      Also how exactly did you attach the retaining wall to the trampoline?

    • @ethancovington3222

      Also last question.. What fabric are you using for the soakway?

    • @itshisturf23
      @itshisturf23  3 года назад

      Just a landscape fabric. 3x3x2 hole with 3-5” gravel.

    • @itshisturf23
      @itshisturf23  3 года назад

      1.5” self tapping metal screws.

    • @itshisturf23
      @itshisturf23  3 года назад

      Thank you. It was 1/2” thick by 18” tall rubber mat. The kits come with a 1/4” thick poly that bolt a on.

    have not heard of this.
    Sod edges? Won't the weed-eater nick the trampoline pad-ring/blue vinyl? or grow over and look messy?
    This was a winter install...What is the homeowner saying about the lawn maintenance aspect?

    Do you have customer sign a release of liability due to personal injury prior to install from using trampoline?

    • @itshisturf23
      @itshisturf23  3 года назад +1

      No I don’t. I have the clients buy the trampoline though. We only provide labor.

    you are rude to your viewers, have you never considered that it is not normal that you hit the camera in the face of the viewers, is really not cool or do you want to show off a bit? now your point is made
